Fast and easy process. Staff was more than accommodating.
I love living at Royal Gardens, my apartment is so quant I love the appliqués on the ceiling which depicts almost an old southern plantation. Because they are older, the sound barrier is excellent. The office manager is amazing, and always has the best interest of the tenants, always making sure rules are followed to keep the grounds immaculate and safe. It presides in a residential area which I love. Many tenants have been here for 5-10 years which shows there enjoyment of living here. It is reasonable as well, much less expensive which great amenities. I highly recommend this property.
Application process was quick easy and professional. Process was painless, except moving part ! But very happy with over all experience.
Decent place to live. Not a fan of the window AC, but the pool is clean and the staff are nice. The very spacious 2 bdrm makes it worthwhile.

I love my home. Not many apartments allow the ample amount of storage like the apartments here. The big windows in every room allows beautiful natural light and outside air in. I am thoroughly impressed with management. Not only are the helpful through out the entire moving process, they take any and all concerns to heart. I just love it here.

Royal gardens is peaceful community to live at weather you are just hanging out or in the beautiful pool its a nice place to live in Greeley co.
I absolutely LOVE living here. Everything is so well maintained, the office personnel are so great, as well as the maintenance guy. If I ever have any issues, they are there to help as soon as they possibly can. I look forward to spending another year here! :)
