Although surrounded by inhospitable desert, Phoenix is one of the largest cities in the United States, and the nation’s single largest state capital city. The area contains numerous galleries and museums, putting the people in contact with everything from the European masters to Native American craftsmanship to modern originals from Phoenix’s diverse artistic community. The Downtown cultural scene has developed into a top-notch feast of visual and performing arts, with symphony performances, live theater, and the popular First Friday exhibitions. Phoenix is also an excellent city for sports fans, being one of the few cities in America with local franchises in the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL. Several thousand students attend the two Arizona State University campuses in the city, as well as the over-50,000 who attend the main campus in neighboring Tempe.

Property Ratings at Rowan
The building felt very secure for me and my two boys. If we hadn't had to move states for my new job we would still be there. It's hard to watch your kids not want to have friends over at their mom's apartment, but this building changed all that. We had a great three years!
I’ve had a great experience living at Tides on West Dunlap. The repair team is always quick, professional, and really good at what they do they’ve handled every issue I’ve had with care and efficiency. I especially want to give a big shoutout to the management team, Emily diane they always kind, helpful, and goes out of there way to make sure residents are taken care of. It really makes a difference when you feel heard and supported. Thanks to the whole team for making this a great place to live! -Xavier

Hi Xavier. Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you've had such a positive experience at Tides on West Dunlap. We’ll be sure to pass your shoutout to Emily, Diane, and the maintenance team—they’ll be so happy to hear it. We're grateful to have you as a resident!
It feels like every other week there's some issue being addressed. Water is off at least once a week. There are roaches everywhere and even when bringing this up to the office nothing seems to be done about it.
They raised our rent/lease $300, more if we don’t sign a lease. They don’t fix anything. Currently all the lights in the parking area have been off over a week. It’s quite gross. We’re happy to be leaving.
Horrible place. It was roach and mold infested. When they came to fix the hole made by the minister in the way the claimed there was no mold and it was not wet. They also jacked up the rent when we had no contract in an attempt to make you sign a new contract.
