Round Rock Townhomes

I visited Round Rock and noticed these apartments are very maintained! The apartment I looked at was beautiful and outside was maintained. This tells me the maintenance here is excellent! No doubt Roundrock is on my list!

Ah, let me count the issues: water main leaks..they shut off water w/o letting residents know. Several of the back units have flooded during substantial rainstorms. Severe bug infestations..primarily milipedes, ear wigs and ants. You can pretty much expect to have to wait a month or more for an exterminator. Parking lot lamps out and though reported, not replaced. This is a dark complex. Light is needed at night in the lot. Residents have had cars broken into. Maintenance, if they show up at all, is not thorough, and often they just mask the problem so you'll have same prob again and again. They are dark with only a few windows, and only some of the units have overhead lights. They are small with virtually no storage space.

I moved in a year ago. My lease is about to expire and I will be renewing. I like living here. The Maintence is a little slow but the office staff is nice. My neighbors are great.

If you want to live in a quiet and secure place close to the UTA, this is the place. I have been very lucky to find an available unit last year because they rarely have one. Although the units are old, they are very well maintained. When you have an issue, the management staff and the repair team react immediately to solve your problem. I have been living here for about a year and I would recommend this place to anyone especially to students and professionals who want to live close to the UTA campus.

I have been living here since 2 years while studying at UTA. Till now, I have not regreted living in this townhome. There are very friendly neighbour. No any reports of a robbery. its very affordable to live here. Though there is no onsite laundry, there is one nearby 2 min drive from home. There is a small patio at the back of apartments which is indeed very nice to chill after heavy work. I have recommended some of my UTA friends to live here and they are very happy with it. I would recommend anyone to live here.

It is good place to live because It is surrounded by different kind of store and mostly it's near to the University. It's kind of silence place. In my apartment there is backyard so, you can imagine as a real home.

I thought of taking a lease in this property but i'm no more interested in taking one now. I also suggest my friends not to prefer these apartments. I'm a student in UTA and for sure I wanna post it in all the relevant groups not to prefer these apartments. The Asst. Manager in the leasing office so rude and unprofessional. --" they won't provide any information unless your'e a resident or you have to apply in prior in order to know few details "- --" they won't answer to the people who come along with the lease holder "--- these are the words by the Asst. Manager. very rude, unprofessional , arrogant , manner less way of taking to a future resident.

Do NOT move in this apartments. Only advantage of this property is close to collage. Maintenance is not only slow, they not coming to do their business you have keep call them hundred times until they came to do their business. If you like to sunlight do not move in because you can not understand its day or night in this townhouse. Its too dark every time.

Though its extremely close to the college and there are many college kids in the area, it is very quiet. The maintenance is a little slow to handle repairs, and when it is repaired i feel as though it was rushed and not completed properly. The complex has alot of potential with the right property management to come in and fix it up!
