Property Ratings at Rosewood Village
The flowers always stay pretty even when it's hot outside at Rosewood Village. The rabbits and squirrels are very friendly here, my dog loves them! Lots of places to park under the shade. Very friendly neighbors as well! Definitely enjoy living here.
Decent apartements for fair pricing in todays market. I do caution mutiple apartments have had water ingress due to havy rains.
Everything is great, I live at Rosewood and I have no complaints about anything. I have a great manager and I love being here.
Been here 7 years. If you live in a basement unit, please get your own renters insurance and skip they one they offer you with your lease. It does not cover floods, and these units do flood. Other than that, I like the amenities and location.
Living in the Rosewood Village apartments is a pleasure! The property manager is easily available to answer questions and quickly address concerns. The grounds and pool are maintained efficiently. The maintenance team is quick to respond to issues, neighbors are from a variety of backgrounds and are always considerate. For all these reasons, I recommend the Rosewood Village apartments.
I have lived at Rosewood Village for awhile now. I had a few issues with the old unit I was in and asked to be transferred to a new unit. I was living in the basement apartment and I am now on the 3rd floor. Morgan was so helpful with making everything go so smoothly with my transfer. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. The maintenance crew has also been very helpful anytime I have had something I needed fixed.
I have lived at Rosewood since May 2023. The move in process under a few different property managers was difficult but since Morgan has been the property manager things have gone smoothly. She is very communicative and quick to respond to any questions and address concerns. I have enjoyed my time living here and would recommend it to anyone looking.
I live at Rosewood Village, they have a beautiful courtyard. Nice staff, Morgan has been extremely helpful to me. Maintenance is very friendly and efficient. Any trouble i have is taken care of in a timely manner. Grounds are kept nice, no noisy neighbors. Everyone is very friendly.
It's a great place to live. They take care of maintenance problems quickly and it's a quiet apartment complex. I've been here several years and have had very very few issues living here.
I've lived at Rosewood Village for the past year and it has been quite pleasant. Anytime I've needed anything done they have been prompt to getting it taken care of. Just signed a lease for the next coming year!

I have lived at Rosewood Village for 9 years and I just renewed my lease. Since I am the pet official, I chose Rosewood to keep my boy, Buddy the cat, safe. I thought it was going to be nearly impossible to find a pet friendly complex, but the Wooten Co offers several pet friendly options for apartment renters. I think out of all of the properties that the Wooten Co manages, that accept pets, Rosewood is the choice for me.
