Very quiet,great neighbors!!! Lots of squirrels in the trees I've claimed them as my pets LOL. Everyone feeds them they know where to come to get dinner that's for sure. It's great if you put nuts down with that are in shells they literally leave the shells and take the nut inside it's great to watch.
Very clean, organized, and efficient. Maintenance is fast. Office is responsive and very kind. Beautifully well kept exteriors. Interiors are older, but still well kept and taken care of.
Love the neighborhood very quiet and secluded a lovely scenery and amenities friendly neighbors maintenance and staff always on site and working
I like the community it’s quiet & clean. The apartments are old but are kept up to date for decent living . I love how the apartments are are the island is my favorite part of the apartment & the storage area the bedroom is huge I have no complaints, just where I’m located I guess it’s damage from the hurricane city the gate & tree monthlies I’m thankful
Love the area nice they keep ever thing nice and neat outside quiet and upto date any time I need something looked at they are out the same day if not the next

Nice apartment complex in north Tampa. Well maintained and in a safe neighborhood. Close to many stores and attractions. Would recommend this complex to others.
Excellent, I love to live here. The common areas are clean and nice. Enough parking and the place is safe. I love it, the people here are nice .
The community is quiet and conveniently located near a grocery store and public transportation. Maintenance and lawn care leaves something to be desired.

Great place to live! A hidden gem! I have nothing but great things to say about living in Rosewood Apartments. The staff is great, the amenities are as well! The neighbors are friendly and there are so many nearby restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores in this area. I would give Rosewood 5 stars all the way!
Existe mucha tranquilidad en el vecindario y los vecinos todos agradables , el servicio de mantenimiento es excelente y la vivienda con todas las comodidades, solo falta el gimnasio en el condominio.
It’s very peaceful and my neighbors are nice. There’s corner store and grocery stores nearby which is convenient. Maintenance always does a good job and very efficient.
Great complex. Very quiet and close to stores. The management is responsive and helpful. Community has pool and laundry facilities. I enjoy living here.
I give it 2 stars because all the units are infesting of roaches. Since day one they gave me the apt with cockroaches and they knew about, then charge you for pest control every month without fumigation. It rains a little bit all around the apt, packing are flooded.
