The rowan has been a quiet neighborhood since I’ve been here.It is also centered in a great location, close to plenty food and shopping centers.

I get timeley response when I have questions . I have been here about 6 months and seems to be going well. Areas are kept clean as maintained on a regular basis

Like what im seeing thus far, great space for the price quiet ducked off area. Getting in the apartment and getting leased was kind of a headache at first but everything is smooth sailing.

The only thing I didn't like was that there is no month and a half free In terms of tranquility and stability it is a good place I would add gym areas to spend the most pleasant time but everything is very good thank you very much

Beautiful home. Rarely heard neighbors, but expensive. Not enough parking, parking that exists is way too close and small spots so people hit each others cars getting in and out. Rent went up $160 for us, after dropping $400 for new tenants. Be ready to pay a lot to live here after your first year is up. Have dogs? Not really anywhere to walk them and the dog park rarely stays clean, so playing there isn’t really an option.

Its pretty quiet and peaceful. Haven't had anything wring happening here and staff is pretty cool and gets here on time. I just love it here.

Amanda was a great help! She made the process easy and so far we love staying here. The neighborhood is quiet (besides the train) other than that it’s great.

I love living over here the community and management group are fantastic. It is Very nice and quiet. Everyone does what’s needed as a community. The management does things to help encourage engagement with the community so it’s easy living

I am really enjoying my new home, coming from Georgia. Everything is clean, specious, and accessible! I can't wait to get to know my neighbors and the new city. It's like a breath of fresh air! I am so very pleased with The Rowan Townhomes!!

Amanda's amazing. Period. So happy we got her. The new management proves to not only care about us, but to have events. Although I'm never home to participate, it's nice that they have it in case I get home early one day. Only problem about this area in general are the trains and speed racers every now and then. Even then, it all becomes white noise.

So far my residency is great. They accomadate a lot of family types and the new type buildings make it feel refreshing. The animal policy is good. Also the move in process was made so simple and easy

So far so good. No issue, pretty quiet neighborhood and great for my commute back to forth to work. Love the experience and hopefully i can stay longer.

Quiet and clean. It is near every store as well. If you need to shop it will not ne a problem. Neighbors seem to be nicenas well. Close to highways as well.

There is a need for better parking and more lighting. With the price of rent and all of the extra fees it's not worth the total price. The dig park is a great addition but somehow a park to take your kids and family was not included.

Rowan is where I call home. July 2025 will 2 years calling this home. was one of the first tenants to live on this property. Saw this property when it hard about two tenants. I love this community.

So far so good i moved in a week ago and kentrell has been a great help. He has assisted me in getting into an apartment in a timely manner and has been there to answer questions every step of the way.

Moving here and the application process has been nothing but easy and fast! They responded in such a timely manner. I can't wait to actualy get inside

I love it here, hard to spot..but lucky I found such a steal. Pretty quiet neighborhood with the exception for the main roads and train track but the neighborhood is great and diverse!

I have no regret to accept the lease after great experiences of comfort, very nice infrastructures, professional management services and peaceful living in the apartment.

I love it here!! I love the staff and the community!! Always something to do. It a gated community with security at night. Pet friendly as well

The roaches are something serious I wouldn’t move her personally it was a last resort for me the leasing office is okay but kentrell goes above and beyond

Management has been a great help especially torian who has made my move easier to understand, the roost is a lot nicer now the facilities have been updated, and its constant updates to let all residents know what is going on in the community, maintenance is always willing help too which is very helpful when things are not going well in the apartment.

Love the amenities at The Rowan! The gym is clean and has all the equipment I need and the pool is always sparkling. Also love the shuttle directly to USC

I honestly love the amenities at the Rowan my biggest issue is the security gates but overall they’ve been amenable to almost all suggestions and requests.

been here three years. Lots of bug problems, slow responses, network outage issues (the latest one just before finals.), and shuttle issues. The first year it was total failure in management, the second with safety given all the shootings that happened, and now the third just being completely slow response. this is very much you get what you pay for situation. two stars because the new bus driver actually knows how to run the routes on time. it was so prevalently bad my sophomore and junior years that I had to start drafting excuses to my professors about how bad the bus drivers were at, ditching me in a certain spot, or else I might have failed courses. I probably would not have chosen to live here if I were to do it again, but the hassle of moving in and out multiple apartments Wasn’t worth it.

The experience overall is good. My only problems are the amount of it takes for maintenance requests to be completed the office hours seem to always change.

Very well kept, mostly quiet, and i feel safe. Enough room for everything. I need my back pouch cleaned but other than that., pretty good living

its been okay but I would say the front desk employees should be more Informed. Some things could've been fixed in my apartment as well but over all not terribly bad

Staff and management team are friendly and nice. Very professional. And the property is well secured by armed security and have high strictness meaning not allowing anybody to enter as long as a guest of some sort of each resident and not allowing any big gatherings like heavy partying and drinking. But a very peaceful quiet apartment community as it should be for students and any kind of disabilities( disabled residents)that are limited and sensitive to loudness and any interruptions like nonesence behavior that is not allowed an the apartment community for student housing. I love it so much it makes it fell like a real community everyone’s is nice and the staff listen to you and they don’t take long times to get back to you

Management is accommodating and kind, but the actual units themselves were not cleaned before move in and mailboxes have been broken for months.

It's a pleasant experience with a good ambience around. The place is clean and the environment quiet though far from shopping amenities and no transport if one is not driving!

The maintenance crew and property managers have been confrontational and refuse to fix my maintenance requests. I have spent time and time again to have my needs met to no avail.

The environment depends on the management company. I’ve lived here 2 yrs and I’ve seen 5 different property managers. Depending on what side your on matters as well. Stay on top of service request they will say they are complete with no actual work done

The houses are super good. Spacious but the maintenance is never up to date. For example when I moved in to my house, out if two windows blind in my room , one was broken and the other one wasn’t there at all it was just lying on floor down there and it’s been almost 2 months now but the maintenance hasn’t showed up to fix it yet. The washer was broken when I moved in and also the dining table was missing but they fixed the washer and put in the dining table now but after a month of me putting the maintenance request in for. Other than that there were two shootings at the Rowan, fortunately me and my friends never came across it but safety wise it’s very sad but manageable.

There is a lot of noise from vehicles coming from the garden to the room in the evening. It has been more than a week since I sent a request to technical support. Still no attention. There is a strong smell of marijuana in the garden.

my resident experience so far is okay. the staff at the leasing office are super nice and friendly. the only thing is that there are so many maintenance issues that need to be done, which i know maintenance can only do so much at a time, but it’s kind of aggravating when you need something done and they take forever to come out.

Great love how nice it is in the inside! I can’t wait to move in next month to start this new chapter with school also. Thank you Rowan’s for giving me an opportunity.

The Rowan’s has everything I was looking for in an apartment and more. While making me feel safe and secure with new security. The leasing office staff are great.

The rent is very affordable the apartment is very spacious! In the 4 bedroom every bedroom has their on full size bathroom. This is great for college students!

I had a good property tour and was welcomed by the front desk. They helped me fill out my application and kept me updated on every step of the way

Perfect. Everything you can ask for. Great start for college students. Less stress and more time for studies. I couldn’t have chose a better place.

I would have to say due to new management I have experienced nothing but great things. I love the gated community and extra security. Any problems or request is handled immediately and sufficiently.

quite literally the best apartment ive stayed in. its so beautiful and convenient for when i need to get to class but dont want to drive, the shuttle is available. if you dont live here you should

i love it here. the housing is affordable, rent office seems caring abs the environment is welcoming. the rowan’s is a really nice place and i would recommend this to a friend

I wish this place had a zero-rating available. "New management" does not care about getting anything fixed. They are no better than the last 4 "new management" teams. You will be charged for utilities, even if they tell you they are included. READ your entire lease. The fees on your bill are crazy and they can get away with charging you with anything they want. Nothing works properly but don't waste your time with putting in a work order. it won't get fixed. It's been the worse, unsafe 2 years of my daughter's life.

I enjoy staying here their gym is amazing and the pool is very peaceful. I would definitely recommend living here to any upcoming potential renters.
