We love living at Roosevelt Collection Lofts. The community and amenities are great, and the leasing office team led by Allison is phenomenal — she’s always professional and helpful. That said, service quality has slipped recently. The delivery system no longer provides reliable notifications, which is inconvenient. Some of the newer front desk staff don’t greet residents, and one younger employee who also works in the mailroom is consistently rude and gives off negative energy. While everyone can have an off day, ongoing rudeness is not acceptable. Also, since this is a pet-friendly building, cleanliness needs more attention — especially in the elevators and on P3, which don’t smell as fresh as they used to. Overall, we love our home and appreciate much of the staff, but hope management addresses these issues to maintain the high standard this community is known for.
I cannot begin to say how much I loved this building! I only moved out because I was moving out of state but otherwise, would have never left. The team is amazing and the apartments are great. I will miss this place immensely!
My wife and I cannot thank the Roosevelt Collection Lofts team for their assistance in getting us moved to a more accessible unit in the building when I returned home from the hospital late last year. I am a disabled veteran and they made the move happen for us in record time. We have been able to enjoy the amazing summer here with the Farmer's Market, reopening of the movie theater and the recent Resident Appreciation Day. Amazing job team ?? Every team member is outstanding. Keep up the great work!

I was happy with the welcome signs and gifts when i first arrived in my new apartment. There were a few maintenance requests I needed and they were completed fast. The front desk was very helpful with me using the luggage carts. The leasing agents gave excellent tour and orientation about the building.

Thank you so much for the 5 star review. We love that RC Lofts is tucked away in the South Loop but is still close enough to the sights and sounds of the city that there is plenty to enjoy.
Overall, I’ve had a positive experience living in the apartment—it's a nice space, and the staff has always been helpful and responsive. That said, a recurring issue has been the persistent smell of marijuana coming from down the hall every night. Even if it's from a vape pen, the odor regularly makes its way into my living room and lingers. I've submitted multiple complaints to the front desk, but unfortunately, the situation hasn’t improved. I specifically chose this building because of its no smoking/no vaping policy, and it's frustrating to pay premium rent while this rule is not being enforced. I hope this issue can be addressed more effectively moving forward.

I love the neighbourhood, and the plaza is well-maintained. The lovely staff try their best to create a welcoming atmosphere! The management team also strives to provide the residents with more fun programs, though I wish we could have more fun and interactive monthly programs.

Been renting there for 10 years and hard to move. Bigger square fit at lower price but yet with a privacy patio with stunning view is something I cannot let go. Wagyu House restaurant at the plaza had become my regular dining place. Common area always clean with friendly staffs at front desk and office. Love Wendy the mail dispatcher!

We love this community, so many activities and things to do. Can’t wait until the theater re-opens! We love the Farmer’s Market, in the winter and summer. Our buildings also host many activities, book club, happy hours, coffee time, exercise classes. Always something to do and neighbors are friendly and helpful. Great staff and janitorial services. We love it at the Roosevelt Collection!

Nice building and friendly neighbirs. The building is dog friendly but you can tell when the dogs urinate in the elevators…BUT, you can tell that the staff is on top of it to deodorize the smell. Other than that I have no complaints.

Living at Roosevelt Collection Lofts has been wonderful! Everything I need is always around the area and I love hosting get together at my apartment! The only downside (doesn’t apply to every unit) is the gym below me can be quite loud in the mornings.

So far, so good!! Very nice staff. Located in a safe area. We’ve yet to officially move in, but I like the apartment and the detail they’ve put in. Definitely feels like a change from what we’re used to in other management teams!

Thus far I've had a great stay! The amenities, the staff, the ease of the garage parking, and especially the lobby events! The only awkward moments I've experienced have been due to lack of community yet - I'd like to meet more of neighbors. Aside from that, I love it hear!

For application to move in was easy, effortless and efficient. The staff (Monica) continuous contact and updates was a blessing. Her answers to all my questions, tours/orientation she gave and information about the property put me in a comfort zone of no worries. The residence itself self is much more than I was aware and I love it.

We love how friendly everybody in the building is and how dog friendly it is! I also love how the team provides a calendar of events that are going on around us, including little events they put on in the lobbies like “free coffee day” or treats for residents. It’s been great living here and we love the location!

Living here at Roosevelt collections has been in ongoing adventure. Both inside and outside of the complex. Roosevelt collections is uniquely position in the south loop offering nothing but a positive living experience. Shopping, entertainment, you name it. Happy to have renew my lease.

Love living in this apartment. Beautiful neighborhood, and has wonderful management by Jessica and the warming staff. I wish we had an indoor coffee space where we could sit and work or chat.

The location is the reason why I choose Roosevelt collections. I can literally see my work from my balcony! The Plaza was an added no brainer as well! Being close to clothing shops, a movie theater and any other store is what makes this ideal!

We love living at Roosevelt Collection! When we were deciding whether to renew our lease, we had the chance to reflect on the past year here. The staff has been amazing—friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. The maintenance team is the best we’ve ever experienced in any apartment we’ve lived in. They’re prompt and reliable, just like the leasing office staff. Our package service is exceptional, and the woman who runs it is an absolute angel. In other apartments, we’ve had issues with lost or stolen packages, but that’s never been a concern here. It’s also a pet-friendly place with lots of great spots to walk our dog. We love our neighbors and appreciate the sense of community that management works hard to foster through events and fun appreciation days. Given all of this, renewing our lease was a no-brainer!

I could not agree more that we have the very best leasing team, maintenance, concierge and of course Wendy in th e package room.
