Property Ratings at Romaine Court
COCKROACHES, bugs, stolen packages, zero access to laundry rooms, 45 dollar water bills. Oh yes it’s also lovely if you enjoy staff who yell at you when expressing your concerns.
There is no central air and the fan is noisy, and maintenance is slow to respond to requests and can drag on for months, or may just not fix something altogether. The washer and dryer situation is HORRIBLE. You could spend 3 hours drying clothes and they would still be wet, and it sounds so sqeeky and loud when they run its extremely unbearable... You simply have to use a laundramat. The pet deposit and rent is pretty steep. But it is a clean well kept complex especially for the age, a FANTASTIC location close to the best cincinnati neighborhoods, close to the city and mason where I work. Great neighbors so far, friendly manager, very walkable safe location in a growing neighborhood. Spacious layout, plenty of closet space. And it's very sound proof, I can almost never hear anyone in the apartment.
Great area, basically close to everything (highways, shopping, pubs, etc. ). AC units struggle getting air to other rooms. Pay extra rent for animals rather than a flat deposit. Water bills based on community use (weird). Maintenance requests handled well. Manager is really nice. Rent around $760 for 750sqft. Can't beat the price for the area.
