Beautifully landscaped. Seeing all the kids out playing makes me think it must be a pretty safe place. Definitely keeping this as a top contender!

Tyler and Steve working maintenance are fantastic and always on top of things. I've lived here for almost two years and have no complaints. Great community too.

My wife and I have been living here for 3 years and have never had a problem with management or the property. The apartments and town homes are very nice and perfect for the two of us.

We love the location of Rolling Pines. It is a convenient spot to live! We also like the layout of the townhouses, which wrap around the parking lot. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

As a family, we feel so blessed to be a part of Rolling Pine community. I love where we live, going on 5 years. We have a two-level home with a wide open basement which has been the perfect place for our twins to grow up and run around in. I also appreciate my neighbors, we all look out for each other. A lot of them have became great friends. Our recent property managers, Kylee and Holly have gone above and beyond in every aspect, from quickly resolving maintenance issues to providing assistance with rental payments during the pandemic. They are always so friendly and cordial every time we see or speak with them no matter what the circumstance is. There have been major changes in Rolling Pine since getting new staff. There's been a lot more communication, special events/fun contests, and notable physical changes to our community. A new maintenance manager was recently hired who matches the  energy, friendliness and is also swift/efficient when it comes to carrying out his duties in and out of the complexes. I really hope he stays for good! I've always recommended Rolling Pines to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you for the opportunity to live here.

My family moved into Rolling Pines two months ago and I couldn't be happier with our new home. Our two bedroom townhouse is comfy and cozy with plenty of storage space. The neighborhood has been very welcoming and is a great atmosphere for kids and pets. Quiet and secluded but close to everything you could need and great school district.

I love the management and it’s so quiet here! Everyone is so helpful and kind.

Been living here since 2009. Had a 2 bdrm apartment and moved to a townhouse in 2012 when I got married. We absolutely love it here. It's peaceful and feels secluded being tucked into the woods. My kids have grown up here since they were small and we couldn't be happier with the school system, the closeness to everything, and the community feel..not to mention our nice home. We don't view it as just a temporary apartment, but as our family home. Maintenance and front office staff are always super nice and polite and work hard to try and create activities each month to bring residents together. Overall, we are so happy here and love it very much. Hoping for many more years and memories here to come. ?

Wonderful complex as been here since 2014, Great management, Glenn is awesome keeping up with maintenance. Great management staff, updated pool, basketball hoop. Just very please here and will stay long as I can.

We have lived here for 2 years, close to shopping and schools. Kid and pet friendly. We have a wonderful back yard and a great place to walk our doggies!

After spending over two years in a shelter,after spending over $400 in application fees to other rentals that said I “qualified” but knew I really didn’t, I came across Rolling Pines and it seemed too good to be true. No application fees and I found out within a few days I qualified to rent here. I was first told that there was a 3-5 month wait to move in but within weeks I got a call and was told because my son and I were in a shelter we could move in the first of the following month. I have now been here for 14 months and I have no complaints. They keep this property so clean and nice. In the winter not only was maintenance out there with plows and snowblowers doing the parking lots, they even shoveled right up to my door and put salt down. The pool is kept very clean as well. It’s a great place for families. My son and I couldn’t be happier to call Rolling Pines our home!

When I moved in to Rolling Pines I was very happy with my townhouse, neighbors and the level of professionalism demonstrated by local mgmt in interacting with tenants and addressing maintenance requests. Overall, I was very happy there. Once the property was sold to a huge company based in Colorado, the quality of life at Rolling Pines began to deteriorate. The culture of the new ownership clearly demonstrated their priorities are focused on their investors, NOT the tenants. Local management is outwardly contemptuous of their tenants including what appear to be arbitrary evictions and arbitrary enforcement of rules. The general atmosphere has become intolerable for many as they wait to see if they will rece an eviction notice. Long-time tenants are told the management does not have to give a reason for evicting you. Unfortunately, the parent company appears to promote this culture as they don't return calls let alone address tenant concerns. At one time Rolling Pines was a very nice neighborhood-like community. Life is too short and a home too important to enter into a contentious relationship with rude and often, nasty on-site staff. Talk to tenants old and new BEFORE you commit to a lease. Ask about the turnover of maintenance staff,tenants, etc. Lastly, be prepared for a battle if you leave. You will not see a penny of your deposits.

I've lived at Rolling Pines 2 years now. The management has changed in the past few months so things aren't as nice as they had been. For one when you call the office they never quite no the answer. For example, under the old management they came in faithful once a month to clean the building, after a few months I called to ask when someone was coming in her response " I know there coming I just don't know when." Finally after about 2-3 months of calling someone finally arrived. The maintenance does take a couple of days. I did have an issue with a couple of rude maintenance note being left in my apartment. Which I politely walked over to the office and told them never to leave another rude note again. I would definitely stay there again. Its very peaceful.

I have never felt this at home in any of the other apartments or houses I've lived in. The staff here is nice. It's really nice to have a pool. The application was free and they got us in here fast.

I have lived at many apartment complexes and homes. I have never felt as at home as I do here. The people who work here are nice, free application, and they got us in fast. I don't plan on moving anytime soon.

Here at Rolling Pines Apartments, it is a pleasant campus, friendly enough staff, and amiable atmosphere. The campus is kept up well, and every time I or my wife have gone to the office to report an issue, they have been responsive and quick. Also, the women at the office remember who you are and check up on concerns you had on your last office visit. There are a few issues, however; no apartment is perfect. Although neither my wife nor I smoke, our apartment would sometimes smell of it, especially in the winter. The counters are very easy to scratch up. About 1 month of living here, our hot water heater broke (though it was fixed very quickly). The perks of living here are good, though. Right on the Beltline, so traveling from home to wherever is easy, allows pets with a 1 time payment of $300, which covers all pets, and paying rent is easy online. A very good place that I would recommend living in.
