      So I moved here in Oct 2024 and have had a great experience! I know a lot of the reviews are old and they have new management here and have been great. The maintenance man Mike is so kind and helpful, he always asks if I need anything fixed whenever I see him in the hallways. The dog park is a great size, never had issues with parking, and everyone I’ve met is nice. The flat rate for utilities is SUCH a blessing- would live here forever.

      Disgusting place

      Poorly managed and dirty. Lots of theft , I even had my car stolen.

      It's a pretty hell

      The apt it self looks pretty, Day one I haven't even moved in yet fire alarms go off everyone has to evacuate because the fire noise is so loud it busted your eardrums and there's two in the apartment not normal grade. Day two moving in elevators broke mid move took almost five to seven hours to move which I paid movers so that was really expensive and very inconvenient. Day three no internet I mean none you can see everyone else's and you can try to even connect to them but there's so many people and it's not a secured line so as soon as you finally get something connected you could disconnected you can't even work on a laptop. Day 2 try to use my other key that they gave me they gave me two one word and I put it on a key ring The other one I left with came back and could not get in the unit because it's actually did not work and had to call maintenance just to get inside. My fireplace sounds like a freight train in an airplane taking off at the same time and it comes on and off randomly so there's no particular time that it does it. The heater and air do not talk to the wall unit so it does not turn off automatically so you might have it even set at 62 leave for a few hours and it's 85 when you come back. My apartment was not cleaned before moving in after moving stuff in and trying to put stuff on the walls I found like popping and just nothing was clean. We're at like day 6 now keep in mind they know about all of these issues maintenance is supposed to come out on a Monday they never showed up on day 9 they did they didn't knock they didn't say who they were they just walked in and I wasn't even wearing pants.this was right after the property manager told me to go and make my own key and take it off my rent then the maintenance used that as an excuse to come on in without notice or me even being aware by him knocking.The property manager justified the action that I had an active maintenance request The active maintenance request was 9 days before and just so happened the day before he told me to go make my own key. On day seven or eight woke up to a freezing apartment and no power not because of the switches on the wall or refuse the entire complex had no power for several hours. Now let's see

      So sad I didn’t read the review below before moving here. Awful management, awful smell, awful way of making you pay for the fact your personal belongings are covered in mold. (!!!!)

      I wish there was a rating smaller than 1 star...

      This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The management company is AWFUL!!!! Words cannot explain enough how terrible they are. I'm not going to go into details, but they do NOT care about their residents, regardless of the maintenance issues in your apartment. There's never any communication and the office isn't on site so they don't care what the place looks like and you'll never hear from them. Just please take my word and go rent somewhere else. They don't deserve your money.

      Used to be a 1 star hotel...

      Everything looks good on the listing until you move in. Leasing office is off-site so you'll never them around and residents won't complain because half of the time they break the rules. People still park their cars on the street and doesn't use the guest parking. Amazon can't get into the building cause the leasing office won't give them the 4-digit code to get inside. Delivery people don't use the Parcel Pending program as instructed and just leave your package somewhere so $$ lost from the company you order from. The internet here is slow as a turtle,especially now everyone working from home, Roe uses a mesh system so every 4 units will share a hotspot but it's capped at 15mbps which is slow for Kansas City, your netflix or other streaming service will continue to buffer. Good luck trying to get another internet provider cause this complex is not listed or verified under Spectrum,Verizon,Google and you can't even upgrade for a faster speed. Save your money and go somewhere else. The rent is cheap but you get cheap service but you get high finishes to offset your satisfaction.

      Excelkent?

      There are several things that determine excellently. That's living space management response and maintenance and neighboring. The apartments themselves aren't bad. Pretty modern maintenance usually responds in a timely manner. My only con would be not having the freedom to have your own cable or internet company. The internet is WiFi but with everyone is on the same which i believe compromises your equipment WiFi always seems to have issues. It's always going out. And unfortunately I appear to be the only one reporting and having issues. I have reported this but seems,like no resolution. Of course unruly neighbors also play apart in ratings this being said i couldnt give it 5 stars. Since this has,been a on going problem for over a year now i couldnt give it 5 stars. Maybe 3 1/2. But that has nothing to do with the company itself. But living experience has a part in determining ratings. That part hasnt been so great

      Not a five star property

      The ratio of sq ft to cost of rent is lopsided to say the least. No onsite management or maintenance. Very little onsite guest parking. You can do better than Roe 107.

      Just okay

      They’re nice on the inside, but really small. You can get much more space for the same price down the street. Not much parking available. Lots of college kids and lots of college parties. Some kid’s bass is so loud you can hear it a few doors down. Feels like a dorm room. Property management is friendly. You get what you pay for. Definitely moving out this summer.
