We have been residents at Rockvue for years now and overall it has been a very pleasant experience. We would love a few more amenities, but the new yoga room has been a nice addition which is a great move in the right direction.
This is one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in. I love the close-knit, smaller community feel and the fantastic amenities available year-round. The community itself is consistently clean and well-maintained. The team is excellent at handling apartment concerns, always being friendly, respectful, and thorough when making repairs. April, the community manager, is exceptional and constantly seeks opportunities to improve the community. For a recent charity event, she selected wonderful prizes that successfully engaged my neighbors. Additionally, the entire community is very welcoming to pets. If you are looking for an amazing place to live, look no further!

I have lived at RockVue for almost 2 years. Overall, I have been very happy here. I feel safe when walking around the community (I am in my mid 20s and Female). Parking is reasonable, love having the amenities available to me that RockVue offers. We have made friends with our neighbors although we rarely hear them in the unit next to us! The sounds of neighbors are rarely heard thanks to the great insulation.

It was a pleasure working with her and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to lease at Rockvue. The leasing application and move-in process were seamless and the apartment was in beautiful condition. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed from the start but nothing that was out of the ordinary for renting at an apartment. Rockvue is a nice place. It's mostly quiet, except the regional airport is right up the hill. The staff is super helpful and nice. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Management is wonderful. Community is close to many resources. From my understanding parking is the same and all complexes. Not happy that you have to pay for company to park but understandable I guess. I do love the fact that it is pet friendly though.

great rates for the area we live in. Difficult to find pricing like this around here The manager / assistant manager here aren’t really helpful at all and give a lot of attitude when trying to get any help. I’ve reached out a few times for help with parking / maintenance issues and always get hit with a lot of attitude over the phone / email. Get hit with a lot of ‘well we talked about this on the tour, so you should know this’ without any documentation to back this up. A lot of ‘our maintenance team is backed up’. They completely swapped payment platforms without a big heads up (it disabled autopay) so many people were late on rent without knowing. If you want cheap rent - GREAT place. Especially for dog owners. Just don’t expect any help from management staff

Rockvue is a decent, though overpriced, apartment complex. Parking is hard to come by unless you come home before dark. The grass is overwatered and usually a swamp, especially by the pool. The apartment is the same as every cookie cutter apartment, so it's nothing special. You will hear everyone coming up and down the stairs, every time your neighbors close their front doors, and if you live near the pool, you will hear all the noise, especially when they forget to turn the music off or when people come after hours. It's been okay living here, but there's a point where you can't keep paying $170/month more a year for the same old apartment.

Situated in between boulder and Denver it’s a very convenient location! Also tons of retail being the Flatirons Crossing mall and lots of great restaurants! The view of the Flatirons can’t be beat! And the staff here is on top of everything!

Pros: Samantha, in the front office, is really great. I have faith that she will always be trying to make Rockvue the best it can be. Maintenance is very prompt to fulfill requests. This is a really big plus for me. The kitchen is big and has a lot of counter space for food prep. The noise from neighbors is minimal (on the 3rd floor). Location is convenient. Biking to the bus stop at US36&flatiron station only takes 8 minutes, with busses going into either Boulder or Denver. I've taken the bus many times to concerts in Denver and to work in Boulder. Besides the flatirons mall, there are groceries, a Walmart, a Chipotle, an excellent vet (Sunshine), and a lifetime fitness all within walking distance. Cons: Parking late in the evening on weekdays is a bit sparse. My apartment is right next to the golf course, and airport noise can occasionally get distracting, but only when the windows are open and only during the daytime. If you work from home, I would try to get an apartment on the side of the complex further from the airport.

We moved here from out of state and Samantha in the office made us feel right at home, while we were still in Texas. She communicated super well with us and answered any questions we had leading up to our moving date. We knew that we would be able to arrive to Colorado with a home in place. I love our apartment and where its located. We have mountain views from our bedroom! RockVue is super pet friendly and that is honestly the reason we chose them. Samantha made me feel our dogs were truly welcome.

RockVue has always been super nice super understanding and all around amazing. I started school in the fall when I moved in and the staff let me use their wifi since I didnt have any yet. Hands down the best people to have for an apartment complex!
Excellent, Excellent Rental property! Great friendly neighborhood and neighbors. Close to walmart, mall, green mesa open space, Beautiful grounds, excellent views of the mountains, smaller but more private gym, pool, doggie spa, entertainment room, bicycle repair room, and attractive, modern building architecture!.... I especially Love our 3rd floor "open balcony" which is comparable to your very own rooftop garden..... You can decorate this unique space to your hearts content. Love it Here and so does my dog!***

Fairly priced apartment complex in a good location. Safe, overall decent, conveniently located for commutes to denver and boulder. Average amenities, average style and soundproofing, but below average price.
I wish they would care about residents more. With the armed robbery recently and the break in to our locked garage and items stolen... they do not care and I was told verbatim by new leasing staff that is not our problem. The new parking is paid with no guarantee of actually getting a spot when this was included in rent previously. It seems money is all they care about vs the people-especially in the hard times we are in.
Nice place, nice location, low entry costs as in only a $250 security deposit. Will never recommend. We lived here for two years, and when it came time to move into a house the market was so hot houses are sold on very aggressive offers within hours of being listed. This management group requires a 60 day move out notice, like most. Due to the real estate market that nobody has control over, it's impossible to provide a 60 day notice to move out since only 30 day closings are considered by home sellers. We asked kindly the management group help us with these fees we're incurring due to circumstances out of our control. The onsite team said it isn't their call and ran it up the chain more than once, we were shot down each time. We really got raked over the coals on our way out which is a real shame. The good part about having people on both sides is the ability to reason, have empathy, and help out where appropriate. Instead of any help whatsoever this company squeezed every last penny they could out of the situation.

I recently relocated to Broomfield from out of state. I have been a home owner for over 20 years and skeptical about living in an apartment. I was pleasantly surprised when I found the GreenLeaf complex. From the time I entered the well kept office and was greeted by the friendly and professional staff, to my move in date, my expectations have been met. The staff and management were willing and able to accommodate all of my living requirements. The staff provided me with a blank “repair punch list” for any items that I thought needed to be attended to. I did note a couple of minor items that required attention and they took care of them within 2 hours of being notified. I was also given a comprehensive lease agreement with several disclosures (including flight path info). I work from home and have found the aircraft traffic to be a non issue. This complex is walking distance to restaurants and great shopping. This place also has great aux facilities and easy access to walking/biking paths. So far all of my neighbors have been very friendly. For apartment living I highly recommend this complex.
