I love it so far!!! It is very peaceful! I love the washer and dryer! I love the big kitchen counter space! I do wish there was a built in microwave!

I like it. I feel safe where I live. It's very quiet. It's very clean. There's nothing strange. The police always enter the condominium to check that everything is calm.

Clean environment enjoy easy access to are 1st floor apartment. My dog loves walks on path. Nice location with plenty of restraunts and grocery stores around.

Quick service and friendly staff. I’ve lived here for more than 5 years and have never had an issue with the quality of my residence or promptness on staff responding to the few ndontrnsnce issues I’ve had over the years.

Riverwood apartments is a very friendly and awesome place to live.you are Close to everything which is also very convenient as well. They are pet friendly too.

It is a lovely place to live. Very quiet and when something needs fixed they are quick to accommodate. I do wish we still had the use of the pool and fitness center at ironwood.

Mowing grass could be cut shorter. Maintenance crew excellent. Also be nice if swimming pool was available. But overall me and my wife have enjoyed living at riverwoods.

Nice apartment and area to live. Have some trash floating here and there due to trash being put on the ground. Prices are pretty high even with having access to pool, gym, ect.. if wanting to drive to that location. Never had any issues working with the office people super nice and friendly!

Nice apartment, little walk up area which isn't to bad sized if your on the end. Price range is a little steep seems how you deal with the garbage floating around your walk up area and dumpster area trashed with glass outside as you walk up. Along with your getting multiple charges for utility (garbage, sewage, water) instead of one or two charges on top of your rent and renters insurance charges. Overall not a bad place to live just needs a little TLC on the outside and charging handled differently.

I absolutely love it. The neighbors are amazing. The neighborhood is super nice as well. It’s an overall great place to stay at and build a family at.

We have been here for 2 years and we like living here. It is very clean, quiet, very safe. The children love it. We enjoy the nature that the apartments and the city of Pleasant Hill have.

I have lived at Riverwoods for 3 & 1/2 years and it has been really good!! Nothing really negative to say about it. It’s been a good experience

Great place to live. Always have had a great experience with management and getting to me in a timely manner! Property stays clean and well kept.

Nice apartments just has a small parking lot and price are high. The prices also just keep getting raised for some reason and theres nothing really to show for the why part of it.

It has been a good experience all in all. At some point it would be nice to get things updated a bit but all in all it's a good place! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

As of right now we are experiencing some maintenance issues and have a neighbor that sets out trash bag outside the door and leaves it so the animals can get into it at night

Our move in experience was not the best. The apartment was not cleaned like we were advised. With a little phone tag we were able to resolve the issues.

Overall good just have to get a parking spot before all are filled up, prices to live here are hefty, could have amenities closer and more of us would probably use them, maintenance could use some training on stuff so they could do it right the first time or not have to call someone in.

Love my new neighborhood ??. Excited to be here. Praying for the best experience ??. The neighborhood is quiet so far every neighbor I have encountered seems nice and friendly. Best of all I am closer to few stores and Gass station.

Get place at a great price. These are a older development so could use some updating but are very clean and spacious! Also great location minutes from everything you need.

We love the location. Near bike trail, Fairgrounds, Hy-Vee, Copper Creek lake and Doanes park. Great for walking or biking or scootering to what you need.

I love it. The pool and gym are amazing. I had my baby shower at the office. It was so nice. The apartments are nice. I love how we have a fireplace and we live by a bike trail and then behind the bike because the train every morning

Great place to live, nice apartments, very friendly staff. They are very quick to respond and get back to you with any issues or concerns! Nice accommodations at other buildings that we also are able to use.

It’s amazing have never had anything bad happen and cant complain about anything. When I request for services they always reply within a reasonable time.

Office employees are delightful to work with, as with the maintenance staff. It is wonderful to open your door and have the woods right there to see and hear the wild life that live in there. Very well taken care of property.

It was pretty pleasant and the staffs are very helpful. Maintenance are very attentive and willing to explain situation. The neighborhood is very friendly. Emails are always sent out about events, changes, and new procedures.

I feel very comfortable and happy living in my apartment. Stores are close and convent! I love the fact that there is trail so close to my place also!

We enjoy living here. Quiet, right next to the path, nice neighbors, tons of trees/critters, maintenance is quick. Right next to all of the trails

Overall great place to live and the apartments are perfect but for our “amazing location” the price ranges are very off we live directly behind a hill and pay more than people who live up above on the hill. Haven’t had any other issues with the staff or maintenance they have always been super helpful and willing to help in any way they can.

Very large older apartment at a good value!! Staff is very friendly and always eager to help. Also the garages are a decent size as well. I would have no issues recommending this to family and friends.

My wife and I have been residents here for over 4 years and really have no complaints . Friendly staff and nice neighbors for the most part .

It’s been really good other than the parking for building #660. Pretty quite for the most part. The apartments are nice and the neighborhood is good.

Honestly can’t complain too much neighbors are great just wish we had better landscaping cause its just gone down hill the three years I’ve lived here

Very quiet neighborhood and the company is easy to work with. Things are fixed in a timely manner. The office is always willing to help in anyway possible.

The apartments look nice but are poorly constructed floor to floor. I rarely had problems with through the wall sound but upstairs was VERY loud. was not the tenant's fault, but poor construction causing terrible floor squeaks and foot noise. Management ignored complaints for months. Rent went up about 12% and noise made it easy to move out. Maintenance and parking were good. Utilities were high. All 'amenities' in another town. Live upstairs! Pay them to clean, they just keep your deposit if you clean yourself.

They are nice, but every year i renew my lease the rent goes up nearly $100.00 not worth it.
