Located near the intersection of Interstates 15 and 215, Midvale sits about 12 miles south of Salt Lake City. Mountain views abound in Midvale, which is situated between the Wasatch Range and the Oquirrh Mountains, providing easy access to top skiing destinations.
Midvale offers a host of outdoor activities for residents, with Copperview Recreation Center as well as three parks in the city—Midvale City Park, Fire Station Park, and Bingham Junction. Nearby Wheeler Historic Farm presents residents with the opportunity to visit animals, milk a cow, take a wagon ride, or tour a Victorian home.

I love Riverwalk apartment homes. I feel very safe here. The apartments are beautiful. I have a three bedroom and it is very spacious. I have a toddler and she loves the little parks through out the complex. The staff is amazing. Brooke and Jared are the best!
Lived here almost a year, and haven't had any issues at all. Brooke, Jared and the rest of the team are great to work with, always helpful and super nice to talk to. Yes, mandatory phone/internet is a little bit of a pain as who uses a land line now a days but there are several other places that charge mandatory fees as well but I do love the Dish Network. A tad bit on the expensive side, but they are worth it in my opinion. Very nice inside, I have a 2 bed/2 bath for me and my daughter with included garage. It's very quiet around at night, close to the walk way and a couple parks for the kids. Would recommend this place for sure. - J

We have lived here for about 4 years and Riverwalk Apartments feel like a home. The management team are awesome and very helpful to everyone. We have really enjoyed our time here.
Riverwalk is a wonderful place to live. You receive great value for your money here. The office staff is always polite, helpful, and they actually care to know you. The layouts are very spacious and beautiful. I do not have anything bad to say about these apartment homes, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I did not end up moving into Riverwalk because of my budget but Ashley was by far the best person to work with during my apartment hunting! She was quick, helpful, efficient and friendly. Riverwalk is a great luxury apartment complex in a convenient location. They do have a mandatory data plan and a higher deposit than most places but overall a great place to look into.
I just got married and it's a perfect place for us. Very nice starter place. Granite counter tops great space clean and fairly new. Great condition due to the cleaning before we got in, the office takes great care of you. Noise level is a little high if you have your windows open with people driving in and out, and the garage doors under you are a little loud. Other than that there are no complaints! We love all the windows and how bright it makes the house. I would recommend it to anyone... You get what you pay for here FINALLY... Most apartments overcharge.
We have lived in Riverwalk with our young son for two years. THERE IS NO PLACE WE WOULD RATHER BE. It's close to the interstate (but not to close) with anything you need surrounding you. The buildings speak for themselves. They're are beautiful two-toned apartments designed by a gentlemen who knew what he was doing. They're great space is what sold us. We moved into a 1007 square foot two bedroom two bath in February of 2011. Basically what it comes down to is, you pay for what you get or want, in this case. We knew it was a little pricey but like I said, EXACTLY what you pay for. I know it sounds over the top and a little dreamy but it was and IS. Office Management always takes care of you whenever, however. People always say 'well the management was this or that..' to be honest you screw up, it's on you and you can't complain about employees doing their job. I always found that ridiculous. The few gentlemen that they call maintenance here are the best! I had a leaky faucet they replaced it within the next few days. The WHOLE faucet. Once again, GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. They take care of you here, it's important to them. As it should be. Now, getting down to business. We don't have a dog but they do make a point to keep doggie stations with bags on every path. People unfortunately don't pick up which they will charge you for. Even then they have someone come clean up after you. Landscape is great, great gym; spin bike.. etc. Pool is kinda small for how many apartments but they keep it clean. The tenants are hardworking and take care of their homes. In every apartment you'll hear your neighbors, but how much? It's pretty basic, you hear them but it's mostly depends on their activity. It's a quiet neighborhood. the apartment itself is big, great design, any neighbor will tell you that. the garage is nice, washer ans dryer, PERFECT kitchen and PERFECT living room, Huge is the word, granite counter tops throughout, lots of big windows with shutters (not blinds). Bedrooms are a great size. I will say our master bedroom closet could be bigger but the giant tub makes up for that. Internet is pretty fast (Download speed is 18 mbps and Upload is 5 mbps). They have a contract with dish which is basic but good. There is a park where we had our son's second birthday party. Pavilion and playgrounds throughout the complex. They have a little pond in the back that has geese and ducks it's nothing gorgeous, just nature. If you're looking for a great place. This is it. If you can afford it, do it. It's worth it to come home to a beautiful space. I am a homemaker (why I have the time to write this ; ) and I love that friends and family feel nothing but at home here.
