Love it here! Its very comfortable well kept and pet friendly! The place is beautiful hugeeee spacious! I feel like im on vacation everyday lol. The roof had an amazing view as well! the apartment is also on a perfect spot in Lawrence close to everything!

Friendly staff with tons of awesome amenities! On-site parking in the garage or the lot is also a huge plus! You have 2 different 24-hour gyms to chose from to work out in as well. There is a rec room that has tvs and games to play.

Everything is nice. But calling and being able to reach the office is unbelievably difficult. Great amenities, but communication with the office is extremely frustrating—they rarely answer calls or respond to emails. Additionally, many of the hallways have visible dog pee stains and a persistent odor from those stains, which really takes away from the overall living experience.

Amenities are great, apartment is great. The area is very nice and for me personally i find it very convenient that the train station is so close. Only problem is have is getting a hold of the leasing office.

Great community. Great amenities. Great location, everything is close by. Love that we have access to both gyms and common rooms. The roof top is awesome during the summer, it's a great place to watch the sunset.

Only been here a week, but so far this apartment is beautiful. I love it so far the apartment design is nearly flawless and the amenities and the location to everything. I need are wonderful.
The apartment is comfortable but the AC unit is not working in the hallway, the elevator is always broken and people don't pick up after their pets nor does the building.
I was very disappointed with my move in experience. I had no guidance to where I was going. I was told when I originally viewed the apartments that the building had wagons for residents use then upon move in was told they do not provide wagons. I was not made aware of the loading dock specifically used for moving in so I moved everything through one of the resident entrances. Only one of the elevators were working and the automatic door was not working as well which made the move even more difficult. And then I got into my apartment and the toilet is broken. I am hoping my living experience here will be a lot better.
Absolutely love it here! Love the people, love the location and love my apartment. The windows, the floors and the floor plan are perfect! My only wish is to see new carpetting in the hallways.
