Wonderful place to live! Staff are friendly, professional, and very easy to work with! If you are looking for a great place to live, check it out! Close to everything!
Living here for 1 year, grounds are very well kept, office staff is beyond fantastic and always helpful, Hilda and Jeanine are the best! Apartments are not overpriced at all. Maintenance is also excellent. When it snows the parking lot and walkways are always cleared and salted immediately. What I liked most about these apartments is that it's not like apartment "hotel" style living. You have your own front door and a slider with a patio or deck. Never had any issues with neighbors, everyone is very friendly.
I live here in a brand new one bedroom apartment for almost one year and I'm very happy because I made that decision to choose here for call home. The unit inside is beautiful and very cozy. I'm thankful for the administration allow me to be here, they are great and alweys attentive. Everything is clean, beautiful, organized, peaceful and very well done. Thank you guys for everything.
Horrible leasing office. Won’t attend to any issues. Maintenance doesn’t speak English. Very unsafe community. Drugs within the building. Cigarette smoke in your apartment from other residents. It’s just not worth it. Save yourself the trouble.
Overall a horrible experience living here. Paying high end for a low sq ft. We had a severe mold issue that the front office could not have cared less about. It became worse and worse, with no solution. Was actually told "mold is normal". That was one of the several issues we had over the 10 short months of living here. The front desk does not communicate about any issue. I would not recommend living here.
I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. The community is very well maintained. I am living here since a few months and haven't faced any issues whatsoever. The apartment quality is very good. The property manager is extremely nice. There are 2 allotted parking spaces which is very convenient and there is available parking for guests as well. The community doesn't have a gym.

I have a 3 bedroom apartment. Love it. The grounds are nice and clean. The maintenance person and Hilda the office manager are awesome. Everyone is friendly.
