Pretty good just parking kinda stinks. Dumpsters get full sometimes. Other than those two things it’s really chill here and I like the staff. -nrp employee

Not enough parking for residents. Now most the on street parking that was available was taken by the city and made to fire lanes. Pool is always closed.

Good it’s really amazing knowing the place is safe but quiet is beautiful you know and it’s good pricing for a 3 bed 2 bath it’s not noisy it’s just right

Everything is great minus parking and maintenance. Minimal parking spots for the residents and there’s trash in the breezeways and on the lawns.. If these issues got resolved I’d absolutely love it here

It needs work but its good anyways. There's still a lot of bugs with the payments it seems so we still gotta call all the time to make sure we are paying the rent right but other than that its fine

This apartment is located in a nice are. The staff is great as well. The only down side is it can get a bit noisy if neighbors are loud next door. Other than that it’s a nice area to live in.
