Hopewell is a suburban community located just minutes south of Richmond on the banks of the James River. Established as a port city in the early 17th century, Hopewell’s City Point district holds the distinction of being the oldest continuously-inhabited English settlement in the country. I moved in on may 25th and I must say iv been 100% satisfied with how this place is kept. When I put in a request for somthing to get done, boy does it get done. I had a few wasp nest outside, asked if they can remove them. Week later came back, not a single wasp so far! Penny is literally such a sweetheart, and even left me a little housewarming gift. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. I usually dont ever write reviews, only when something deserves a good review. And this definitely deserved it. I'm looking forward to continue staying here as long as I can.

The manager is really nice and they have a new maintenance technician and he keeps everything in great working condition!!
Lived here for over 5 years now love the view. Me and my daughter really enjoy going fishing and taking long walks. Maintenance is always on time and the office staff is really nice.
