It's advertised as luxurious, but it's anything but that. The property is LOUD. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear voices and doors slamming throughout the night and people stomping on the floors above you. Kids are constantly running and screaming in the courtyard. They take ages to do repairs. The staff is condescending. The maintenance workers say outright that they would never personally live here. They lie about recycling. It all goes to the trash. A maintenance worker verified this. The finishings are cheap. Seek housing elsewhere. It's not worth the high price.

Riverhouse is a nice property let down by management. Be prepared for: phone to never be answered, voice messages not followed up on, mixed messages from staff regarding moving, unfulfilled promises and superfluous fees when moving out.

Great apartment overall. Maintenance is prompt. Office staff is so helpful. Common areas are always clean. Friendly community. Would give this 10 stars if I could.
Be prepared for them to offer you a nice low rent to start then increase the price over time to unreasonable amounts. Be prepared for family feuds that that wake you up in the middle of the night. Police have had to come on occasion to calm them down. This has been a recurring event. Location is good. That’s the only benefit. There are really lots of things they could improve on.

I lived at RiverHouse for two years too long. When I first moved in it was better. At first, we had a cyber lounge that offered an amenity of a Starbucks machine that was removed due to “cost” for the property. Second, we’re fire pits that are supposedly able to be enjoyed on courtyard side; they have been broken since I moved in. Third, in that same area is a biker took to fix the bikes; it has been and remains unfixed. The only amenity that they keep up with is the pool. Let me be clear, the pool used to even be open longer but due to management unable to manage the property the pool hours got cut. Every neighbor can hear everything the insulation is so poor that you have to tiptoe around your place and you hear everything. The gym is the same way. The gym has machines that have been broken for the same length of time. I find it sad because it’s a great spot but it has horrible management. There is dirt throw up and P in all stairwells and the place is it regularly cleaned but yet you are charged a high dollar price tag. Sad to say but I just can’t do it anymore I hope you find this review helpful
I have lived here since June. It is truly a pleasure. First for me is the location, I honestly don't think I could find a better spot to live. We are close to the river trail, shopping and lots of great restaurants. The building is new and we all had the pleasure of moving into brand new units. They are very nice and beautifully appointed. I rarely hear my neighbors but when I do it usually on weekend nights when it can get a little rambunctious. There are quite a few 20 somethings in the building and they sometimes like to scream and shout in the hallways but honestly it's ok because everyone is having fun. The pool area is nice but gets very crowded because residents bring ALOT of guests. That would probably be my only complaint. Once again I can't really blame people because I would venture to say that we have the best pool in town. The staff is super nice and always smiling and helpful. The guys that are in maintenance are top notch and seem to always be ready to help. I give Liv Riverhouse an A !!!!!!
