Going on three years now, we love living here. The office and maintenance is great. The concierge as well is best of the best. The common areas are always clean and well kept. The apartment we live in is very spacious and we have a great view.

New and beautiful building inside is very spacious. Building is well kept and maintained very well. Staff are so helpful from the office, concierge, and maintenance. Not to mention the quick walk to the ferry that is a few blocks away, light rail is close too I use it all the time to go into Hoboken. Going on year two here no plans of moving out I love it here!

This is the Best Building and Community managers in New York and New Jersey are. I have been living RH9 since it opened. I will renew for the 3rd time next year. 1) Building Brand New. Pool like a Hotel. Amazing Views. Gym fully equiped and large space with different machines !!. 6 Grills Inside garden area. 2) Location. Ferry a 4 minutes walk and Train&Bus 3 minutes walk. 2) Doorman 24 hours. Nice people here too. 3) Community managers ready to help with the initial paperwork and after that manager are very helpful for any question etc..Super nice person Mr. Paladino and Mrs. Saleh 4) Prices are not crazy like in New York and too much better Strongly recommended !! Best Building & C.Managers in NY&NJ area.

The building is amazing. Most of the residents keep to themselves or easy going. 1 or 2 bad eggs but that is like that everywhere you go. The amenities are top notch. The neighborhood is quiet so you get the prestige feel in an area where it can be very crowded, for example Acme to the north and Wholefoods to the south. Mike, the building manager, is the most responsive person I’ve ever met. He answers all your questions and addresses all your issues to the best of his abilities. Very down to earth and really gets to know his residents. I would have continued to live in this building if personal factors did not change, but bottom-line, the memories of the past 18 months will last me a lifetime. Cheers!

I made a cross country move from Tennessee to New Jersey and the RiverHouse 9 crew were so incredibly helpful. I signed this apartment site unseen with the gracious help of Gina (who is the BEST!) We have lived in the Weehawken area for 2 years. We are now moving to RH9. It by far does not compare to anything else in Port Imperial. When you walk in the design and decor will definitely catch your eye. The smell alone is heavenly. It's smells like a spa! The whole building is clean and new. They even have a pizza oven! Definitely fine living :) I have toured with leasing in many places. I was very impressed with the Leasing office. Michael was genuine with high energy. Gina was warm and helpful. Schelly was kind and patient to answer all of our questions. They all made us feel comfortable and excited. If you are looking, I highly recommend you contact them. You will be very pleased.
