The staff here have been SO friendly, but most importantly helpful and urgent in their help! The move-in was very smooth, and we came into a very clean apt. I feel very lucky.

It is going on 4 years now calling River Terrace home. There have been a few issues but eventually solved with good outcomes. the setting is beautiful and conveniently located. Staff is available and listens to any concerns. Various social events have been available of recent year. Food carts invited on the property. This adds to the atmosphere of living here. Basically it is a nice place to live. Usually quiet too.

We were lucky to get in Riverview we found them online from another state. We were drawn to them because they were dog friendly. It is in a great location, central from alot of things. The mall is right down the street. The people that work here are professional and friendly. They clean the grounds daily. Good area. Good people. Pretty especially in the spring.

I feel great about River Terrace except for the MAINTANCE lack of feedback and the recycle program, which is not River Terrace’s fault. It’s the Residence, but I think it should be addressed.

The community here is amazing with lots of great amenities! they were very excited for me to bring my dog and showed a lot of kindness when i panicked about finding an apartment and helped me obtain this one successfully! River Terrace is great, but the A K landscaping company is deplorable. They never finish what they started, and ignore areas wherein a resident may have to clean up after them. I am tired of A K.. after multiple requests over the years to prompt them to do better, they are stil lacking in follow up work. Residents like myself step all over and track in their dirt and debris that they fail to clean up ...after they have moved or clipped. Winds spread it further. It is time for a new landscaping company because we residents pay for it (indirectly) in our rent. Thank you.

Enjoy living here! Lots of perks like basketball court, pool/hot tub, snacks and coffee in the lobby, and frequent resident events. Proximity to the Delta Ponds and Willamette River is top notch. Property is filled with mature trees, and flowers in the spring! Cherry on top is the helpful office staff like Cassidy and the responsive maintenance team. Sometimes, the landscaping is loud in the mornings and right below bedroom windows, but other than that, great place!

River terrace has great amenities and friendly staff! My partner frequents the indoor full basketball court. There are regular events held for the community too. Becca and Cassidy are kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful at the front desk. Maintenance requests are reviewed and resolved promptly. Dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit is a game changer. The location is perfect my window view has trees! The nearby river bike path and walking paths around the delta ponds are a bonus too. Additionally, it’s pet friendly my cat watches the birds and there is a dog park on site for those who need.

Great apartment complex! It is in a great location with nearby shopping, restaurants, and nature paths. I love the coffee bar, mini fridge, and snacks in the clubhouse—such a nice feature! There are frequent events in the clubhouse for residents: flower bouquets for Mother's Day, decorating flowerpots, a lemonade stand, and a Christmas wrapping station, to name a few. The front office, leasing manager, and maintenance staff are very personal, responsive, and helpful. Cassidy and Crystal are great resources for anything I need. Overall, it's a safe area and they constantly try to keep it safe.
This place provides cleanness and professionalism. The amenities are outstanding and everyone is super friendly.

River terrace has made the move in process extremely easy, we have gotten lots of help from their leasing professional Cassidy Etherton, she has helped with all questions and has made moving a lot less stressful. We’re super excited to enjoy the pool this summer, as well as having a dog wash room to wash our dogs after weekend camping trips. Apartment is good size for the cost of rent. Kitchen could use more storage area with minor changes. Lost cabinet space due to design. Over all River Terrace address all our needs.

Always give a helping hand when necessary. The fire Station is across the street they responded to my 911 call within 5mins and they are all trained Paramedics. They took great care of me. I will always recommend River Terrace to any one. So happy to make this my home. Thanks to the entire staff and upper management.

Living here is so easy and comfortable and we have our dogs who are very welcome plus no worries about maintiance or ground work. Wonderful for the older resident!

I am here for ten years and would not like to change my place of residence unless it is a necessity extremely great location doctors dentists the mall Barnes and Noble book store among other places the ponds walk along the Willamette River or bike riding easy access to Ltd for those who ride the buses courtesy from entire staff. The pool. The gym what more does anyone need. Great neighbors. Unending!

This is my tenth year I would Not want to live elsewhere very convenient to everyone. Busses medical facilities shops the mall at River Valley beautiful walks by the river The Gym Pool Mail Box. Lockers for packages delivered Above all you are treated with respect regardless of your age or Ethnicity This is definitely a Plus.

Don't move here. It isn't worth the insanely high rent. Expect your needs to be ignored and then when it comes time to renew your lease all of a sudden they are sending you cakes and hoping you renew.

River Terrace is my permanent home. I was a long time homeowner, and now I am a happy retiree, who has downsized into a 2/2 McKenzie unit; I have been here 5 full years and never wish to go anywhere else! River Terrace takes care of my needs for a superior level of residential living environment . My overall experience with River Terrace and its management has been very good. I moved from another state and had to do everything online and without seeing the place first, they made the whole process easy and there was communication the entire time.
