Welcome to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, known as "Christmas City USA." This historic community combines preserved colonial architecture with contemporary living options. The city's downtown showcases 18th-century Moravian buildings alongside newer residential developments and retail districts. One-bedroom apartments currently average $1,634 monthly, with a 3.9% year-over-year increase. Housing options range from historic row houses in the Central Historic District to apartments near Lehigh University's South Mountain campus. Notable areas include the SouthSide district with its thriving arts scene, the historic North Side, and the West Side in Lehigh County.
Bethlehem's heritage as a colonial Moravian settlement and former steel-manufacturing center shapes its present-day character. The SteelStacks arts campus, constructed on the former Bethlehem Steel site, hosts community events throughout the year, including Musikfest.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Gracias por darnos 5 estrellas! Estamos encantados de leer que te encanta nuestra comunidad.
This apartment complex is a godsend. From the horrible maintained and poorly managed complex I moved from to the enjoyable, well maintained, and glorious experience I currently have at River Run, I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Donna the manager is reliable, friendly, and efficient, and I couldn’t be happier here

Thank you for your delightful words about River Run. We are so grateful that we have been able to not only earn your trust but to keep it. It is the goal of our community to provide our residents with the living experience of one's dreams and it is wonderful that we have been able to do this for you. Thank you for taking the time to write such a wonderful review. We will keep up the great work!
If you value quiet, don't live here. You will hear literally everyone, especially your upstairs neighbors if you live on the ground floor. Also, general decline in the tenants they now allow to live here; rude and inconsiderate and just becoming an overall unpleasant place to live. We can't wait to move out in August. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more at nicer apartments that are a few miles away.

We are very sorry to hear about your concerns with your neighbors. We understand how important it is to have a sense of serenity in your home and apologize that this has not been your experience. At River Run Apartments, we strive to keep all of our residents happy but do rely on them to communicate with us if neighbors are being loud or intrusive. We pride ourselves in providing a welcoming community and have a “Quiet Enjoyment” clause in our lease that we do our very best to uphold. At your convenience, please stop by our office so we can personally address your concerns. We hope that together we can find a solution.
First, paper thin wall. If you live on first floor, the noise made by second floor would definitely kill you a thousand times, especially your neighbor still awake and keeps walking in his apartment during midnight. There is no way you can fall asleep Second, dirty laundry facilities. Since I moved in almost a year, they did not ever clean washer and dryer. They are so dirty and I don't even want to put my clothes into washer. Disgusting I am not gonna to live in this apartment even people pay me to. I strongly don't recommend this apartment.
I just moved into building 300. The place is nice but the walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING, people talking, walking, doors slamming. The appliances are all electric and they make you pay for sewers on top of other fees. You can expect the monthly bill to be more than they say. I'm not sure if it's worth the price.
