Pleasant and safe I have lived at River Oaks for over 5 years and did not have any issues, Any requests I had was handled in a timely manner and done correctly. I had zero complaints while living there and I was happy to call it home.
Mo is the man! Unclogged my very gross bathtub drain. Took down my hall ceiling light fixtures so I could wash them

AC is perfect!!! Thank you Tony for putting in my new AC unit, it's so nice and cool in my apartment! It was the hottest day of the year and my AC went out! Omg I was so relieved when Tony turned on my new AC! Thank you again! ????
Justification for Rent Increase Price increases without any upgrades to living conditions. Hideous metal beams on my patio a year later, no cameras installed after having mail stolen, and requests for interior removation denied, but the price still increases.
