Property Ratings at River Haven
Terrible. They constantly shut the water off for hours at a time with no notice. Maintenance always has an attitude and takes forever to get anything done. Charging unnecessary fines. I wouldn’t recommend.
Bed bugs they sent a letter to spray for them never sprayed lease is up I'm gone!!!! Extremely pissed
I have had difficulty seeing a place. Stays full appartently or no models available. . .

Thank you for your response. We have a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment open to show on 2-10-2016. We do not have a model onsite because we stay occupied. We currently have a waitlist for our 2 bedroom apartments. Would you like to make an appointment to see a 2 bedroom 1 bath layout on the 10th of Feb?
The location at River Haven is perfect! It's convenient to major highways, shopping centers, and local restaurants. Not only is the location great, but the rates are affordable. It was easy for me to shop and move into River Haven Apartments. Going on my 3 year stay.
I am a IBM employee. And I found that this property has a preferred employee discount. So, I was very interested in seeing the units and property. I found that the units are a little smaller. But, over all it was a nice area.
