Rivendell Woods Townhomes

Three reasons for not giving 5-stars First lack of closet space. The closets here are unbelievably small especially in the main bedroom that 2 people are sharing. Second how close the bedrooms are upstairs very little privacy. Third are the thin walls. You hear everything when someone is in the shower and neighbors if they have small kids. I do love the end unit and layout somewhat. There is more of a homey-feel here versus an apartment. The appliances were in good shape moving in. Maintenance is extremely prompt and nice.

Great place, and i love valet trash. I’m so glad that i came out here and decided to move out here. Tons of space for my dogs and I. And not to mention the privacy i get.

This has been the best move I’ve made. The community is nice! Walking distance to a greenway. Freshly remodeled and nice new carpet!! Super convenient to I-24

We just moved into the community/house yesterday and the experience so far has been great. From the processing of the rent to moving in has been flawless. I had a great experience moving into my townhome! The staff has been friendly and very responsive. When I had an issue with no hot water, they addressed it immediately and even installed a brand-new water heater. I truly appreciate their quick action and excellent service!

The leasing options are flexible but you will spend a small fortune applying ($400- 420 per applicant). I don't care for how the deposits are done. You either pay up front or charged a monthly fee by a third-party company for the duration of you lease which the math does not math. This is a nice neighborhood fairly quiet. You can hear Bell Rd traffic and emergency vehicles due to a firehouse right up the road. I love the front porch and the back area though I wish the AC unit was on the outside as it takes up usable space. There is an office nook. I feel like they missed the mark with closet space bc the main bedroom closet is big enough for single person. There is a small storage space on your back area. All of the bedrooms are on the same level and you can hear everything from the other rooms. The walls are thin when the shower is going it is very loud. From the main bedroom you can hear the other bathroom. No amenities like a pool or gym. Overall it will work for now.

love it here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I’ve been here for about 3 years I believe and it has been a wonderful experience. Definitely worth it.

Leasing office super helpful with initial move in, maintenance addressed inspection concerns in a very timely manner and neighbors across the street offered and insisted on helping unload the moving truck which was unexpected but deeply appreciated and absolutely made my family feel welcomed!!

So far so good. Move in was seemless and neighborhood is quiet. Townhouse was clean and everything is working properly. I would recommend this community to others.

Maintenance on appliances could be better trash fee is a little extreme and the building protection fee is kind of ridiculous I under the assumption that maintenance was included in the rent price office staff has always been nice and always gets back to me in a timely manner.

Very good Neighbourhood very good establishment. Staff are always helpful and these homes are well taken care of. I would recommend these to anybody a 10 out of 10

Living here has been great and so is the staff and maintenance team. They go above and beyond for their tenants. It’s a quiet and clean neighborhood.

We have loved every moment of living here the past month. I never want to leave home, when we moved in everything was very clean & smelt amazing. Maintenance is on top of their game. Thank you Nick for being a great property manager.

Love it and the community. A really nice place and maintenance is pretty quick with repairs. Only 25 min or so from downtown and even a nice nature trail down the road

Love it here! My neighbors are nice and quiet and keeps the area around their apartments clean. This is the second property I’ve stayed at since moving to Nashville and it’s the best place I’ve had so far. All of my appliances work and when I have an issue it’s taken care of quickly.

The customer service has been great. Love the communication from Sarah. Love the cleanliness of the community . I would recommend the community to my friends.

The newer area is so incredibly quiet and calm! We love it up here at the top off the hill, and enjoy the upgraded amenities in the unit. You couldn’t ask for better maintenance - we lost our heat during the snow storm and Derek came out and took care of us TWICE. He gets things done & explains what the problem is and stays in complete communication. My favorite thing is how large the master bedroom AND bath is! You can soak in a bubble bath at the end of the day in your huge tub!

The neighborhood is great nice and quiet and maintained. As one of the first residents here I can say it’s been a pleasure to live here over the past 3 years

Lovely place to live. I’ve lived here for several years and I truly appreciate the way that Nick communicates with the community. The rates have increased ridiculously but overall love it here.

The office staff was very friendly and understood our immediate need to move in. They went above and beyond by coming in on a Saturday so we could tour one of their homes due to us living out of state. The homes are very spacious and modernized. I would recommend visiting here.

My husband and I have lived here for 2.5 years now and are always satisfied with the community. We always receive very fast maintenance and answers to our questions. The community is quiet and clean, and the pricing is very good for what you receive.

Nice and quiet. Management is very efficient if you need servicing. Usually you can get service the same day, if not then the next business day. Maintenance is extremely dedicated to keeping the grounds clean, as well as the dumpster. He is out there continuously. The best maintenance man we have ever had. Definitely dedicated to his job.

So far everything is clean, quiet, and everyone is friendly. Not a lot of traffic and parking is great! Just wish I would have gotten an updated version.

Very quite and secluded. The landscaping has fallen off and could use a revamping. Other than that complex is great. This is a very nice place to live.

My experience has been great! I've resigned my lease twice as a result. Great customer service,Residents are always kept in the loop, management has events for the residents and it's quiet! The neighbors are nice and respectful and the curb appeal is nice and the inside of the Townhome is beautiful!

I love the community here the neighbors are really nice and it’s a quiet place to come back to after a long day at work, wish there were more visitor parking so I could have people over to entertain though.

This has been a good place to live. It's a relatively quiet neighborhood close to the interstate. The townhomes are clean and comfortable. The management has been responsive and respectful. Overall a good experience.

My husband is in the military, so we had to relocate but I would have stayed if I could. The onsite manager, Nick, is amazing! Always answered the phone/email same day or within 24 hours. Very communicative and listened to my concerns. Very approachable and inviting demeanor. Such a beautiful place to live. Neighborhood was quiet. The grounds were kept really clean. Which is all thanks to the maintenance technician Josh. Josh is so nice and helpful. You can tell he takes his job very seriously. Very handy and informative. Always willing to help and does amazing work. You have a great team!! Wish I could've stayed!

The community is amazing! The neighbors are friendly, townhomes are clean, and staff is helpful. The only thing missing is a community pool and playground.

It’s pretty nice,I just wish people would stop blocking the trash cans and that we had a pool or playground but other than that and the fact that the trash can get a little crazy. I enjoy my neighborhood along with my neighbors. Clean neighborhood, good landscaping.

Hearing back from office takes days and maintenance also. Overall area is nice and quiet which is a bonus. Nice and friendly residents. So far so good.

We have enjoyed our living at Rivendell this far, we don’t have any complaints. We feel the price is fair for what we receive, and it is a peaceful neighborhood.

Moved in about a month ago - loving it so far! There are two phases to the townhomes - Phase 1 is ok but Phase 2 is a much nicer as those units were built in 2020! So far, living in Phase 2 of Rivendell Woods has been great!

I love it here. Every has enough space and any concerns or questions are answered. I would recommend Rivendell to anyone that does not like the apartment atmosphere and what’s there own space.

I love living here. My townhouse location is awesome. The few neighbors I did have the pleasure of meeting are very nice. Nick is awesome as well. Whatever I need taken care of...he gets it done.

Quiet but convenient location. The only downside is the rent increase (each year it’s gone up, although that’s just Nashville for ya!) Out large shared back yard, private gated patio, and high ceilings are a few of my favorite features that make this property unique.

Overall great townhome. Upkeep is done well and friendly helpful staff. Great location. Perfect commute for work and other benefits as well.
