The casinos may be what draw visitors to Reno, but the “Biggest Little City in the World” has become an exciting, alluring locale for renters who can look past the slot machines. For one thing, the famous nickname is a bit of a misnomer these days: with a quarter-million people inside the city limits alone, the community has become one of the busier metro areas in the region. There are incredible apartments on offer, from upscale lofts to communities that offer endless amenities.
Downtown Reno is certainly best known for its gambling, but there’s a multitude of attractions to experience in this neon-lit city. Delight in the shopping at the Summit in southern Reno, or experience some of the museums, performing arts venues, world-class restaurants, and diverse nightlife hotspots that offer something for every taste.
The natural landscape surrounding Reno is perhaps the most appealing aspect for many.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ridgeview by Vintage
this place is awful. kids breaking stuff. people breaking into cars. management puts security on the tenants telling residents to record and take pictures of kids. unclean property and unmaintained apartments. moved into an uninhabitable unit. takes months for maintenance to address habitability issues like broke garbage disposal or leaking sinks. do not move here
This property is consistently unclean, trash throughout the property, amenities that are provided are never open; such as the pool. There is no mailroom for packages and the package lockers are never maintained/work. Until management changes, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
My family and I moved in and stayed for a year. In that year, we paid on time each month and had one month we paid late and had a one time late fee applied, however, the office from that point on gave us late fees each month even when they received payments on time. They then tried to evict us over multiple late fees we did not accumulate. When brought to their attention we received no apology and continued to do this with our future payments. We as tenants are supposed to have access to the pool but they never maintain it properly so the pool is closed even during the summer. Playground areas are run down and can cause injury to the kiddos due to broken parts and rust. Washer in our unit leaked water and would flood when washing. When we reported it, no one ever came to fix it even after promising to have the work order put in and giving us a two week time frame. The dryer had no lint catcher and wouldn't dry clothes properly. One load of clothes would take two days to dry. Upon move in, many of the window shades were missing and the one that was installed in one bedroom fell off it's hooks and broke the window and again, when reported, nothing was done. Corporate came in for an audit and directly insured me that they would be in the next day to repair the window being that the start of winter was here. Yet, again, no one showed up and no one would return my calls when trying to reach out. No one that is employed here cares about taking care of their units and maintaining a good repor with their tenants. False charges, poor staffing, poorly maintained units, appliances, and complex grounds. Your money is better spent on another rental. Save yourself the stress!
I am a resident and the management is terrible!! You put in a complaint about something you have to keep calling and bugging them or they do nothing about it. The manager says she will call you back and she doesn’t. If you want something done you have to take care of it your self. I also hate if you do put in for something to be fixed it takes a month in a half. When you live somewhere and you are a clean person always take care of your apartment you should not have he problems that you do, especially for the money that you are paying. When you need to renew something they also need to think people have jobs we will have to do it on a weekend not expect people to take off. There is a gym there but only open Monday through Friday office hours so the people that don’t work get to use it!!

Terrible apartments, terrible management, terrible service, the owner and staff are brainless and the at most unprofessional people, nothing they say or give about the apartments in the description is true. These are the worst managed apartments. I’d rather make myself a mud hut outside to live in than these cheap, dirty, run down, garbage apartments.

I love the set up and the price for the quality of the apartment, but they need to have more parking. Me and my two other roommates have to share one parking spot and the visitor parking is very far away from our apartment.
