In the last 6 months, 3 fires, stabbing, car burglaries, and a person died in the pool. Once a dead cat was outside my door and they wouldn’t come get it because it was weekend and not an emergency. The units are old and staff at the office is very rude. I do not recommend this place.

Don’t let the new paint job and new patios fool you, these apartments are old and run down in the inside. The upstairs bathrooms leak into the downstairs apartments when the neighbors run their bath, appliances are old and don’t work. One of our burners was out the moment we moved in. There is new management and they are worse than the ones before. Don’t waste your money, there are far more well kept apartments for the price.

Pésimo servicio la manejadora nunca da la cara para resolver los problemas, culpan a las personas que han trabajado antes ahí de que ellas no hicieron su trabajo, cobros mensuales dobles de aseguranza y cajones de estacionamiento, demasiado tiempo para resolver alguna cuestión, llamas nunca contestan o no sirven los teléfonos, cortan el agua muy seguido, tardan en resolver cuestiones de mantenimiento. El departamento se entregó limpio y aún así no recuperé mi depósito NO RECOMENDADO!!!!!!

This apartments are too old and the condition of the units are pretty bad. They paint over hair, trash, everything they can find. Staff is unprofessional. I will be leaving this apartment once my lease ends.

This place is ok, but not worth the price. Every month they have a water shut off for 4 hours, the longest we have been without water is 6 hours. When you shower the water will turn really hot or really cold. Walls are very thin. Dirty on outside. Make sure to clean when you move in. Maintenance will throw trash in your valet trash can.
Don't waste your money here, there is trash everywhere. When i first moved in, the apartment was semi clean, i had to clean every single thing, because there was dirt and it was unsanitary. Within a week of moved in, one of the tiles in the shower fell out. For what they are charging, not worth it.
The management here AND maintenance are HORRIBLE. You can call and call and call, even for a simple question about your lease or apt and they will never call you back. You can leave voicemails and everything and absolutely nothing. OH, but they will over charge you if your TWO days late on rent lol. Don’t even bother. Can’t wait to get out of this place in 2 weeks :)

Unless you want cockroaches crawling all over you at night then sleep here. Had them spray the building at least 3 times during my stay and each time the problem only got worse. The guy knew that some of the places were impossible to spray but they didn't even try to relocate us to help us with a better stay. I could easily count at least 15 roaches that were visible on any given day. Then they have the audacity to tell us that to give written consent thirty days prior to leaving, which when I stated I was leaving at the last day of May, no one handed me paperwork to submit. Now they want to charge me for half a month of rent because they finally called me back in to sign paperwork. I dont recommend staying here. Erica was the only helpful staff at this location. Also just called for Veronica and left a voicemail with no response.
These people owe me my life!! They are the worst! I'm finally able to sue them for all of what they took me thru. They accused me of damaging a stove when I left that place in immaculate condition. I was only there about 9 months and rarely used the stove. Who damages a stove? No one! They are on my credit but in the long run they will wish they'd never stolen my tv & accused me of damage because they will owe me more!!! Rip-off so beware!!!!!
Big floor plans for an affordable price. Maintenance is quick to respond. Management is very understanding and helpful.
I enjoy the poolside, it's a quite living community, the office staff is helpful, kind, and sincere. My location is great, I have all the amenities available, and handicap accesible for my teenage daughter, great location for my wifes job and great location for my childrens schools.
These apartments are affordable, and rather nice! The biggest drawback I've had is the noisiness of the neighbors. The tenants in my building and the following one are young, and noisy on the weekends in particular. The parking is cramped, with one side for reserved lots for people willing to pay a bit more; however paying more doesn't get you a roof for your vehicle, just a reserved parking space. The grassy areas have receptacles for dog waste, and the property in general is dog-friendly for a hefty fee. The one bedroom living spaces come with a small patio, and seem more spacious than they really are because of the floor plan. Over all, I'd say I'm a happy tenant!
I have lived here for a little over a year. In the beginning everything was okay, but as time has gone by, I have noticed that the apartment complex has started to get messier and management does not do anything to solve it. The carpets are old, they are constantly shutting down the water in order to make repairs, and the dog rule only applies to some tenants as I have seen dogs well over 100 pounds walking around the complex. To make matters worse, the neighbors are loud and will blast their music until well past midnight. If you can move elsewhere, I suggest you do. These apartments are very outdated, not to mention there is dog feces all over the complex.
