They have been super nice apartments to move to! Friendly management helpful with everything!
Property management bothered residents with multiple texts to leave reviews to win a giveaway. These reviews are obviously fake. In reality property management are rude, do not take care of the complex and don’t care about their residents. You have to pay $100 non refundable to use the clubhouse at any point after 9-5. There is dog poop everywhere are no one cleans up after their dog. Not a place I would recommend
I just extended my lease because of how much I love it here! My one bed room is spacious for one person. The gym, pool, hot tub, and free car vaccums are my favorite amenities! Plus, management is always so great to work with! Not even 5 minutes away from I-15 and a ton of shopping places!
As a property management professional who owns several properties, I have to say—Ridgeline is next level! Kyla, the Property Manager, is a total rockstar—fun, bubbly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Sabrina, the Assistant Property Manager, is just as amazing—sharp, outgoing, and can make anyone smile the moment they walk in. Together, they are hands down the ultimate A+ team. The clubhouse is always spotless and inviting, and the grounds are beautifully maintained—every detail reflects the pride this team takes in their property. Walking through Ridgeline feels like visiting friends who happen to run the most well-managed, welcoming community imaginable. If I were in the market for an apartment, there’s no question—I’d move here without hesitation. Kyla and Sabrina make this property shine, and you truly can’t find a better team anywhere. Ridgeline isn’t just an apartment community; it’s a five-star experience!
I’ve had such a positive experience I’m not even sure where to begin. When we were looking around at places and trying to find somewhere to move to, we had looked at a lot of options. Eventually we found Ridgeline and they were nothing but accommodating. We were given a tour by Brandon and he answered every one of our questions. He knew exactly what he was talking about. That alone sold us on the place, not even including the pool or the gym or the other great amenities. This place has been such a breath of fresh air from where we were before, everyone we’ve spoken to who works here or lives here has been so kind. They made the process of getting a pet allowed on the property and added really simple, they’ve been very forthcoming with any events or issues such as the pool being opened or an elevator having problems. They’ve been so helpful and king every step of the way and they have so many things to help you have a place you want to stay. They sometimes have events going on that they tell you about through text. They always have answered my emails by the end of the day, or on their first day back if I email on someone’s day off. It’s been so great living here so far and I can see myself staying for quite a long time
Living at Ridgeline Parkway Apartments feels like a treat, no tricks here! The place is quiet, clean, and totally fang-tastic — the apartments are spacious and modern, and the whole complex looks boo-tiful day and night. My little monster (a.k.a. my son LOL) absolutely loves the pool — it’s his favorite “haunting ground”! The location is perfect for our family, and the staff? Always friendly, helpful, and quick to appear like magic whenever you need them. If peaceful living and great vibes are what you’re after, Ridgeline Parkway is the place to rest your bones! 5 spooky stars from us!
Ridgeline Parkway Apartments has been an awesome place to live! The staff is always super friendly and helpful, maintenance requests get taken care of quickly, and the community is quiet and clean. I’ve really enjoyed my time here — definitely feels like home.
We absolutely love living @ Ridgeline — it’s a real treat (no tricks)! The tall ceilings make everything feel open and grand, and the kitchen is so new and spacious, it’s like cooking in a modern witch’s lair. The floors are boo-tiful, the paint is light and bright, and the whole apartment just feels magical. Our patio has hauntingly gorgeous views, and we love taking moonlit strolls on the walking path. The splash pad keeps the little monsters happy, and the pool and gym are to die for. Bonus points for the package lockers (no disappearing deliveries!) and the car vacuum area — total lifesavers. All in all, this place has us bewitched — it’s our favorite kind of haunt, cozy, clean, and full of charm. (Max McGrath)
