No heat After a weekend of the furnace not working i called monday morning and they were there in a timely manner and changed out the part that went bad and shortly ther after it was running normal again. They were very friendly. Excellent service

After 12 years still enjoying RPV !! The grounds are always well groomed and the maintenance people respond quickly to problems that arise. The campus is always quiet and rarely does one hear loud mufflers from visitors. The neighbors are well behaved. In all those 12 years I've never seen a rowdy or drunk neighbor. People pick up after their pets. Had I known RPV was such a good place to live I would have sold our home and moved here earlier.
dish washer repair Our dishwasher started leaking on the floor and we reported ti to maintenance. They determined it needed to be replaced. We now have a new dishwasher for our use. Thanks for the prompt repair.
As Excellent as You Can Get I couldn't believe how quickly maintenance arrived and resolved the issue we had with our window.

The office and maintenance staff are awesome! Anytime I need something completed it is done and completed that same day. I will continue to stay here until I find a house in the future. All staff are friendly and make sure to say hello and waive everytime I pass them. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a quiet, well kept place to live on the south side.
