Noise so loud , alarms constantly going off, air blower on A/C extremely loud and you cant watch tv or talk on the phone when it kicks on, mgmt does not address issues that they tell you they will, lost packages and they claim they are not responsible when they deliver it to the front office due to the policy., tenants are not held accountable for their dog waste that is left and not picked up. Need cameras!
My boyfriend and I love it here. The pool is most definitely my favorite place to hang out. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. 10/10 love living here
Amazing, great quality place and amenities as well. The pool especially is fantastic as well as the gym and pool table too. Would highly recommend to anyone

Overall, still pleased with the Ridge. No major complaints. Only negative thing that sticks out are the elevators seem to constantly out of commission but other than that, things are going well.
Very nice, clean, quiet place to live. Ideal for a young adult or young family. The dog park is a wonderful amenity to have! Staff members are quick to respond and always helpful.

I have lived at The Ridge at Robinson for a few years. I have been extremely pleased with the landscaping, office personnel and maintenance personnel. The pool is kept beautifully clean and that goes for the clubhouse inside too. It’s nice living here!
Overall living at Ridge has been an amazing experience. But I will say in the last year, the cleanliness of the halls/stairs/entrances has not been up to the same standard as previous years.
Great community and atmosphere! Dog friendly with dog park. Lots of amenities to use, car wash, pool, dog park. Neighbors are really friendly!

I have lived here for over a year now and have had no issues. When I needed maintenance they came within an hour which was great. The pool is a great amenity in the summer and the gym in the club house is a great convenience.
My move in date will be in one week, preparation is completed. Ridge at Robinson gave a great preparation guide, I followed all the steps and a lot of things are completed
We just moved here and it has been such a great place to live! The pool is great now that it is summer and every day is so hot. The apartment interior is very nice for the price range. The car wash station has also come in handy a few times, though the vacuum is not the strongest.

I wish I could give Ridge at Robinsion 4 1/2 stars vs. a flat 4 because I truly do love living here! I can confidently say that I've seen improvements in my living experience since I first moved in. - My unit is beautiful, spacious and welcoming (with amazing natural sunlight). - The amenities (pool, gym, common spaces, walking paths, etc.) are also top tier. - Maintenance used to be a bit slow but now... next-day or same-day service. No complaints! The building will happily replace broken appliances. My two pieces of constructive feedback: - The building should 100% hold residents more accountable when leaving trash out on the weekends. It can get quite smelly in the hallways... - The mail organization system is also a bit disorganized. I wish residents got package notifications and packages were more organized in the mail room. Overall, highly recommend living here! I'll be quite sad when I have to move one day haha.
Moving into The Ridge and Robinson was a seamless and welcoming experience from start to finish. The onboarding process was incredibly well-organized, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place for an stress-free move. The Ridge and Robinson has set a high standard for move-in experiences. The Ridge is a great community to live in. Very pet friendly, family friendly and a nice quiet place. Staff is great and the maintenance team is always on top of work orders.
The move in process has been smooth! Everything was handled in a professional and concise manner. The apartment was cleaned and maintained well before move in

Overall good experience. Over time the property has deteriorated. The once beautiful fountain is left in serious repair. Your own rules that are outlined in our lease are not enforced. Such as picking up dog waste. The property has trash that isn’t picked up. And management is less than accessible or friendly The maintenance staff are excellent. All I imagined it to be. Modern, Central convenient and Luxurious. Very friendly staff with on time maintenance. Rooms are spacious with large closets.
Everything about the Ridge is great! It has everything you need and the community is exactly what I wanted! Between the dog park, pool, grills, and all the people I have met, I could not be happier.

Really like living here. It’s quiet and well maintained. The office staff is helpful and pleasant. It’s close to so many conveniences and is very easy to get on 79 or 376 within a few minutes.
Good and safe environment and quality of life is good. Just need to have hallways clear of trash since it starts to smell bad but overall good experience living here and maintenance is fast
Clean community with great amenities. Large 2 bedroom apartments. Nice clean gym and large clubhouse with pool table. Nice dog park and many areas to walk your dogs. Staff is pleasant and maintenance staff are quick and nice.

After a week of staying at Ridge at Robinson I have been very pleased with the unit’s quality and layout. The neighbors have all been very nice and it feels like a great place that I’m excited to be living at.
Smooth moving transition. Good communication. The only complaint I have is, wishing residents would be allowed to use their personal washer and dryer instead of the basic apartment washer and dryer that’s provided and mandated to use. Other than that, it’s a great place to live.
The apartments itself are very nice, and the office staff is very helpful but sometimes communication with maintenance is really slow and you don't know what's going on when you put in a request. If you are coming here because for your pet, it's 50-50. The place is absolutely pet friendly but a lot of people do not pick up after their dogs even though there are bags and trashcans in every corner. There was an influx of people with mean/unsocial dogs which makes it hard to take your own dog to the dog park because it's no longer a place to let dogs socialize. My dog has been "attacked" a couple of times by dogs that claimed to be friendly so be cautious. I have enjoyed living here for 2 years but wish the people who have been coming here lately had friendly pets to make it a truly pet friendly community.
great location. good value for the price. built in 2018ish, so the interior is still in style. the granite counter is huge and a nice touch. the walk in / walk thru closet in the 1 bed is awesome. its big enough for a dresser, a desk, an amroir, and i actually have a pull up/dip workout tower in there right now.
It’s very nice it’s definitely worth paying the view is nice the pool is nice the gym is great and it’s easy to get around. And it’s also not noisy everyone is respectful and nice
4 out of 5 stars. Good for young people, love the valet trash, wish we got notified when packages arrived because the mail system is chaotic
My move in was very simple, smooth, and easy. Brandon in the office has been very cool and helpful which made things easier. The place is beautiful and I’m excited to live here
Very nice community and well kept. Administrative staff was helpful with answering my questions. It is also nice that they have modern touches to their complex including an app to let guests in the front door.
I’ve lived in the complex for almost 6 years and it’s been a great community. Maintenance and Leasing staff are great. The only thing I’d like to see is that the amenities continue to be updated.
Just moved in, everything was super easy and straightforward. Been here 1 week and have no issues :) Clean apartment, easy parking. They make setting up utilities very simple.

The complex has a sleek, modern design, with spacious floor plans and high-end finishes like stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood flooring. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, making the apartments feel bright and airy. The amenities are a huge bonus. The on-site gym is well-equipped, and the pool area is always well-maintained. There’s also a nice clubhouse with a lounge area and a business center, which is great for working remotely or hosting small gatherings. Definitely reccomend.

Ridge at Robinsion has been close to perfect for me! I absolutely LOVE my apartment space and that the building is tucked away. There's a lot of privacy, quiet time and the residents are sweet as pie. Amenites are also a 10/10. I love the gym, workspace, pool and more. As far as things they can improve on... I'd say having maintenance more readily available and a better system for valet trash and mail (I've been seeing improvements lately). Overall, I'd definitely recommend that someone more here!

Apartments are big, very modern, pool is amazing, staff are helpful. The gym could have some improvements to it though, some machines have been broken for at least 2 years. I also wish they used pet friendly salt and sent out a notice about it.
Obsessed is an understatement, I have lived her going on 4 years and do not want to leave. I would however love a hot tub addition to the pool.

Great apartment complex. Pool is really nice. Gym is nice. Package room is organized/clean. Car wash is a nice addition. Perfect place to walk pets! Everything is so close by and giant eagle right across the street is the best
We have lived at the ridge for many years and have always enjoyed the neighborhood and kind people that live here. Maintenance and Leasing Staff are very helpful
