Property Ratings at Reveal
The property doesn't really clean anything. They just seem to blame residents for their problems. Stairway landings are filthy and theres has been trash on my landing for countless months left by people renovating the place. When I moved into my unit it had a broken window. The management response was to wait until they renovated the units and just put new windows in every unit. Then they made it worse by saving me for last. They threaten to tow your car if you park backwards. Which i'm not sure if they can do that cause the tow company on their signs don't even operate here. I had to replace my air filter and when I took the cover of the whole roof just fell down which was hard to fix. There is just so much wrong with this place and it is getting slightly better but not worth 2 stars for me.
Pros: No cockroaches! Few bugs. Large closets. Management tries. Usually available parking. Cons: Monthly charge for stupid mail delivery system (fetch), Thin walls/noise (especially cars and fighting in the parking lot), lukewarm hot tub, shared ventilation system meant my bathroom used to always smell like weed but this went away when I got new neighbors. Maintenance: I wish their system allowed for notifications/alerts about maintenance work. I work late and have been woken up on more than one occasion by maintenance coming in to my apartment. One time I got kicked out of my apartment for several hours on my day off. I completely understand these guys have a job to do but it would be so much easier if I had an idea when they were coming so that I could plan accordingly especially when they show up like 2 weeks after I submit a request.

This North Phoenix community is cozy, quiet, and has plenty of mountain views. Spacious balconies and patios, as well as plenty of walking areas between units, make the community really feel like a little village.

Other than a few issues we had when we first moved in, my roommate and I have had a pretty good stay here. Maintenance was professional and helpful, the other residents are incredibly nice and civilized, and we rarely have had to file noise complaints. I would recommend Canyon Creek Village.

Prices are to high for what you are actually getting. Cant receive Usps packages, got to take time to make it to the post office. Cars get ransacked and items get stolen out of truck beds. And the bathrooms at the pool are unusable. So.not my choice to live here but the pandemic made it unable to leave.

Canyon Creek village is an amazing community to live in. I love the lush landscaping and the pride of ownership that the building and grounds show! The people in the office are great, the maintenance staff are great and overall I am completely satisfied with living here and calling this place home.

Moving to a new state and into my own place for the first time in over 30 years after a divorce Canyon Creek has made everything so easy and my apartment is very homey. Although I am pleased with the staff here on property at Canyon Creek" I am however very disappointed in the way corporate treats the tenant such as myself who have lived here for a very long time, no complaints from other tenants, never late one day on my rent but yet, my rent has been increased every single lease renewal in the past 7 years. It is very disheartening and disrespectful to us fantastic tenants that keep this property afloat.

We have been treated very well here. The office and maintenance staff have always made us feel welcome and appreciated.
This is an older complex and well maintained. But, make no mistake, it is not in any way a "luxury" complex. The apartments are large and the pet policy is very good. The maintenance staff is friendly and reliable as is the office staff. We have enjoyed living here for 4 years and hope to stay longer but living on social security and yearly rent and utility increases may make that impossible.
I love Canyon Creek Village. The grounds are always kept up and are beautiful. I have wonderful neighbors. The office staff have been super helpful the few times I needed assistance and I can not say enough good things about maintenence! Alton, our maintenence guy is always very prompt, efficient and communicates fully. He will go above and beyond to make sure that your issue is fixed correctly and quickly. He communicates the issue, remedy and completion every step of the way. He always leaves the area clean and fully functional. I am proud to call Canyon Creek my home.

I'm actually a return resident! I used to live here back around 1986!! It's so nice to see green grass and the trees that my children played around. When you open up the windows and doors in the morning, it almost sounds like your in the woods. There's a park next to the complex and there are always people out walking their dogs or exercising in the neighborhood. Grounds keepers do an excellent job keeping the complex beautiful and clean. There are food trucks every week for residence convience. Thanks for all the hard work!!

I have been very happy living here the past year. I am about to sign my second year lease and I couldnt be happier. The grounds are kept nice and clean. I have only had to use maintenance once and they were prompt, efficient and the communication was amazing. Thank you Canyon Creek!

Overall a very wonderful community very easy to talk to management staff and are usually pretty on top of issues when they arise
For apartment living, I do feel safe & staff listens.
I feel that after several months of communication with the office staff and renting an apartment sight unseen ,I got shafted especially for the price. Cockroaches and an apartment that is not level.the floor slopes at a 15 degree angle
Love my mantienence crew. They are so nice and always get the job done. If there is an issue after completion they always rectify it as soon as possible. It's nice that they also have great personalities!
Excellent place to LIVE! Quiet if gives you Resort/Luxury apartment vibes. Very Clean and great place to stay.
