The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

At the final checkout, they will double deduct some fees and promise to return them all. However, we have been moving away for 3 months and they still haven't returned them. After repeated inquiries, there is no response or explanation so far

Be aware!!! I have lived at Retreat at Spring Park for over two years. I know in and out of this. The apartment was first run under Lincoln - then was bought by Mortgard. There are a lot of issues that I don't recommend anyone living here. Well, lets start with a Pro - Build-in garage - one car garage. Cons: 1) They have to hire off duty policeman to walk around the property at night. There was at least one time the apartment had burglar broke in - the management sent us letter saying that it was a friend of one of the unit - however, lots of police were there - i felt very NOT save living there - and had to move out. 2) One of the maintenance guy live next to my unit - everyday around 10 PM and 6 AM he would turn on his music/TV and it was very loud. we talked to management to hope they could resolve the issue, but nothing was done because it was their people living in that unit. 3) The fee to live at this apartment change ALL THE TIME. they don't send notice to anyone and just increase/add in the fee, especially during the time when Mortgard took over from Lincoln management. 4) Whenever you need to fix/maintain the apartment - it take them several days to come and fix it. They are very slow in responding to your issue - especially if you have been with them "enough" time. 5) THIS IS THE WORST - when you move out - they will find all kind of fee (including normal wear and tear) to charge on your final bill. They will try to pass all the fee they can to you in order to make the unit "livable" again. When you call them to discuss the fee they will tell you, "this is the fee we think you must pay, if you don't agree, please send notice in writing to Mortgard". 6) last by not least - Pasti - the assistant manager is very RUDE - she would be talking to you as if you are a criminal - while talking she would be smoking here cigarette - she even smoke while driving the golf-cart around the community Please seriously consider these issues before moving in. P.S. One more thing - somehow these people are able to delete my review. I once gave them a negative to neutral review on their own website, but they were able to delete it and even asked my not to write the neutral review.
We were relocating and just happened to drive by and stopped to inquire about a rental. The office staff was so friendly, factual and welcoming. They were understanding and stayed open a little longer for us to get all the paperwork in. Our children really felt welcome and at ease with them. That really meant a lot to us, especially not being from the area.
This is a beautiful place to live. The townhome is very spacious. The only problem I have had is the availability of the maintenance staff. With such a large place and limited maintenance staff, it takes longer than normal to get things fixed. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the neighbors are pretty quiet.
