Located in northern Central Texas, Fort Worth is often coupled with neighboring Dallas. But Fort Worth has a unique character all of its own. Equal parts Wild West and modern sophistication, Fort Worth is known as the City of Cowboys and Culture. In Fort Worth, you can just as easily visit a championship rodeo as you can a world-class museum.
There is no shortage of world-class museums in Fort Worth. You have your choice of exploring the Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, and many more. Head over to the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District to step into the Old West and learn the history of the livestock industry in Texas. Every Friday and Saturday, you can witness the Stockyards Championship Rodeo at Cowtown Coliseum.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Residences of Diamond Hill
This place is ridiculous!!! It won’t let me say what I want too but just don’t move here they will rip you off. This place it not what it look like. They never know what’s going on and you will not get your money back because they will add up on you at they cost cause they want your money. Nothing don’t get fixed til months after. All I can say is Keep Going This Not The Place for you. I can go on but it’s not worth it, they deserve a 0 star

The apartments are very nice on the outside but the trash was built up in the back and when I walked into the apt the apt smelled like roaches. That is one of the nasty smells. The apartment it self looks NOTHING like the pics. Idk if it was just that apt but no carpet downstairs. The high school does not offer college courses per the website. Again the apts look great on the outside but the inside and that roach smell. I would say don't do it especially if you want your child to have a good education

ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE -5. DO NOT RENT HERE. DO NOT EVEN PUT AN APPLICATION IN. My husband and I went in and put an application in and a $250 deposit on the townhouse we wanted. On our way home we learned my dad would be having back surgery and that my parents would need help with bills and such, so we made the decision to move in with them for a couple months rather than take the apt. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE OUR DEPOSIT BACK. They said if we canceled our application then we forfeited our deposit. Claiming that it was in the application and we signed it where it said we may or may not receive our deposit back. When my husband called he got attitude, so my mother called and with my husband on the call and my mother received outrageous attitude from the property manager Victoria, Victoria then hung up on my husband and mother. Then when we asked them to fax our application to see where we signed for that they refused to fax our application. Joanna seems sweet but doesn't seem to know what she's doing. And Victoria was outrageously rude. But I can't honestly say anything negative about Brandy. In the little time we spent with her she was very sweet and was interactive with my 5 year old. This is the worst experience I've EVER had ANYWHERE.
