I do enjoy the area but regarding the complex. Its a bit dirty on the daily in the hallways. The entry censors don't always work and can't get in. The app crashes. The gym has been closed half the time we lived here. The fire alarms go off all the time. Sometimes after midnight.
Used to really love it. But it's gone downhill. It feels like management just doesn't care anymore about our safety seeing as how easy it is just walk into our building that is supposed to be secure. Two of the doors that should need the app to unlock you can just open like nothing. One door doesn't even have any lock. Management seems to think your worries are not important. They know of the security issues and have done nothing about them. And now there are package thieves, we have no security cameras so on top of unsecured doors on our supposedly secure building. So there's no cameras for safety instances for moments like these. I really like it here but it feels like they've given up here. It's even gotten pretty bad in with cleanliness, idk if it's due to new crappy tenants or what but I really wish management would do something. Send out letters, have their cleaning crew come by more often...ANYTHING
The apartment is very nice to live and the hallways are super clean. Garage is also very safe and well maintained. The proximity to UT bus system is a plus. The location is great too with multiple restaurants and shopping places. Overall, very satisfied.
Location is great - love the proximity to gyms, grocery, restaurants, etc. I don’t love the fact that my neighbor lets their dog use the bathroom right outside of my front door and the apartment can’t do anything about it.
I love our house. The only issue I have is the retail recycling dumpster gets picked up and wakes me up at night. Besides that everything about this place is great
Location is good. We have now had the gym out of service for 4 months and have paid the exact same amenity fee the entire time with no reasonable alternative. The apartment itself is fine, classic landlord cheap fixes like a weird sealant on our tub that never really set and a sloppy paintjob, but at a distance it's nice enough. Many outdoor locks are broken though I've never actually seen someone take advantage of it in an obvious way. But leaving a smashed lock panel on the side of the building is just asking for problems.
I have enjoyed living at the triangle despite the fact that management of the property has been bumpy. I would love to feel confident enough to renew my contract as it truly is a lovely location and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. That being said, there are too many issues that go unresolved to feel certain this is still the community for us.

There are numerous problems with this property. When we moved in the place was littered with dirt and not cleaned and prepped for move-in. Since we moved in it has been non-stop poor communication with the leasing office. There has been banging noises with no solutions and empty promises. You never know if your washer or dryer will break and when it will be fixed. The garage gates have been broken since we moved in and multiple cars have been broken into including mine. They really don't care about you here or the property for that matter. The only saving grace is the location.

Homes are inspected and cleaned prior to move-in, and if any issues are reported, our team works quickly to resolve them. If there are any outstanding maintenance requests, we strongly recommend you contact the leasing office to determine a timeline. Regarding the garage gates, while mechanical equipment can require service from time to time, it is not accurate to state that they have been “broken since you moved in.” Additionally, we do not dismiss concerns about security and work closely with our vendors to maintain both the gates and access points throughout the property. While we are glad you value the location, it is not accurate to suggest that our staff does not care about the community—we remain committed to the quality of service and experience for all residents.
Went smoothly. The folder with maps and instructions helped greatly. The front desk was very helpful providing step by step instructions for parking and various access points.

Great location. Greystar, the management company, is letting the place deteriorate. It's sad because the place has such potential. The common areas are usually dirty. Our elevator was out for about three months -- the only one in a building with four floors. They've just given up on providing security in the garage. Emphasis on community parties but little attention to keeping the community in good shape.

Quiet apartments, access is controlled, near bus stops. Only problem I have encountered is the hallways tend to be smelly coz of the trash bins.

The move was incredibly easy. The unit is super close to the stairs, trash chute, garage, elevator, and bus stop. The unit itself is very nice and spacious. Those working in the office were great and eager despite the stressful remodeling of the office

The apartments themselves are okay, the location is great! I've had a few maintenance issues but the staff always responds fast. It's great if you want some quiet, family and pet friendly living and are not too picky about the space.

Great Experience So Far – Excellent Leasing Team and Management I recently moved into this apartment community from another city, and my overall experience has been very positive. The best part of the entire process has definitely been the leasing team and management. From the start, they’ve been incredibly welcoming, kind, and responsive, which made my transition so much easier. I truly appreciate their professionalism and support throughout the move-in process. While the property itself is a bit older and could benefit from some updates and remodeling in certain areas, the excellent service from the staff more than makes up for it. We love our lofted apartment and have been here for many years. The location can’t be beat. The amenities could be improved/cleaned but overall, the location is what keeps us here. The little green space/park is a nice area as well.

The location of this complex is wonderful. But, the elevator in our building has not worked in over 6 weeks. Our garage security gates have not worked properly in weeks. The general condition of the building is dirty. Landscaping is below standards.

Disappointing experience. I was so excited to live here with all the conveniences and perks of living in a large complex, from the building gate being broken constantly, allowing cars including mine to be broken into daily. As well as the pest control service that never came unless I went down to the office 5 times, to the “patrol” service who never patrolled the garage to see the cars get broken into. The “luxury” units provided with not a lick of luxury in the entire apartment other than the leasing office. Cade at the office is very nice and try’s to help; but often he can’t do much because of the corporate office over their heads. Personally, I would find somewhere else to live,at the prices they are requesting, you can find much better elsewhere.

Steven made our move painless and phenomenal! The apartment was immaculate when we arrived, our dogs love the grass area near our building, and the parking lot is convenient. The security is great as well; the phone app to badge into the building/garage/etc is super convenient and effective. Internet is amazing. Lastly, we were so excited to see that Residences at the Triangle offer incentives for state employees -- a wonderful surprise to these educators! We are excited to live here!

I love my apartment and the people who work in the office - but the hallways stairways and elevator are all in medium condition and could use a serious clean and paint job and better lighting. Some of the mailboxes are also damaged :-(

Gates and doors are always broken and never fixed. Seems like the hallways are never clean and always smell. People never pick up their dog's poo. Location is the best part

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s incredible and the price seems too good to be true but it’s really that good. I could write a novel about how incredible the maintenance crew is. They all deserve a raise because they’re fantastic.

I do not feel safe living here. It feels as though the leasing office does not care about its residents. I have been the victim of two crimes in the building within a week, and I was told by the leasing office that any security camera or security patrol are not there for the residents' benefit or safety, but for the liability of the building. Except for Cade and Trey, who have been very nice and pleasant to me, the rest of the employees in the office have been unfortunately very rude. I have also been overcharged for rent for every month that I have been living there. Even when I discovered the wrongful charges, and it was changed the next month, there was yet another, different wrongful charge added to my account that next month. So, for the past four months that I have been living here, I have been overcharged for rent. I also was given a dirty apartment. It does not appear that it was cleaned before I moved in. The oven was so dirty that it started smoking when I first time I turned it on. Unfortunately, the smoke alarm didn't even go off, which is another concern.

We love the location and proximity to food and groceries. Our apartment is getting a little outdated because it is a little older, but maintenance has been very quick with any issues that we have. I do not enjoy the Fetch package requirement - it is a nightmare.

I adore the location; having a yard is uncommon, and the maintenance has always been excellent. The management office is responsive, and communication is great. Overall, I consider the apartment to be a decent value for money. I'm happy here, feel safe and secure, and haven’t had any major problems. However, since I’ve been here, the extra charges for various services like liability, administrative fees, parking, packages, and so on have gradually increased without any corresponding improvement in service. Additionally, the valet trash service has been subpar. I believe they pick up the trash too early, and there’s no enforcement of leaving it out all day, which results in the hallways being perpetually dirty and run down.

I just moved in but so far am loving it! You can’t beat the location and everyone is friendly but not overbearing. Love that the gym and other areas are always clean and open! Only complaint is the elevator being out for a few days, but I found easy street parking in the meantime.

I love living at the Triangle but feel like some standards still need improvement. In particular, the gates, elevators, mailboxes and package lockers often need repairs and break too often. Stairwells are not well maintained and communication with the staff/maintenance can be a challenge especially if things don’t get resolved in one attempt. The neighborhood is great and the apartments are in good shape which is why I ultimately enjoy living here.

I thoroughly enjoy living here! The staff is very kind, maintenance is always quick to fixing anything I request, it stays very safe and is well secure. The apartment is spacious, tall ceilings, well arranged, and overall a comfortable living space. Love how it has washers and dryers too!

Cockroaches, rats, lies, and loud. During the original tour of the property they promised to fix things in our unit and our move in was delayed so that they could fix those things. Imagine my surprise when none of it was fixed. We have been inundated with cockroaches ever since we have moved and the staff here appears very unsurprised by this fact. The mailboxes were out of commission for over a month, and now USPS is so fed-up with the situation that they are refusing to deliver packages. If they tell you that the units are quiet - this is a lie. If they show you the show suite - this is also a lie. The actual suites are so poorly maintained that they bare no resemblance to the show suite. The lease termination is so damaging that I feel trapped in this hellhole. I would give them zero stars if I could. The cherry on top is that it is painfully clear that most of the online reviews of this property were written by the leasing staff. Stay clear.

Management can be difficult to deal with. Things don't work and it takes forever to get then fixed. Some requests just get ignored. Neighbors don't really talked to each other, but that's normal these days.
