The Residences At Shiloh Crossing is in a great location in the triangle area. The community is diverse and there are plenty of walking trails along with a nearby supermarket. There is very light traffic and the atmosphere feels safe.

Residences at Shiloh has great spacing and a nice exterior. The spacing on the interior is nice and the community is a family and single adult environment. Ensure you ask many questions and get everything discussed in writing. Also be sure to enjoy the amenities. They're right in the front next to the leasing office. If you had to complain about your apartment still being dirty upon move in like I did you can go directly there. The staff is very responsive and you can always find someone in the office during business hours. Everything looks nice just do your research.

From the very beginning, Shiloh has felt like home. As a new transplant to NC for work, I couldn’t have found a more welcoming community. I truly enjoy the view from my balcony, interacting with the management and maintenance staff, participating in the resident events, and enjoying the ample space and fresh air that envelopes the community. I have lived at Residences at Shiloh Crossing for almost 2 years now and Im enjoying my time here at the community. The office team is amazing. Berkly is a great apartment manager. The maintanance team is very polite and professional and complete work orders quick and do a amazing job. The community here is beautifu and well maintaned.

I love living here! This has truly become a home. Driving into the community is gorgeous as there is a lot of open greenery and areas to hang out with family and friends. The apartments themselves are very spacious and well-maintained. And the staff is so welcoming, accommodating, and just overall wonderful people! I am so glad that this is my first apartment experience since moving to NC; I couldn't have asked for a better place to live!
Great place to live. Nice, roomy apartments. Tenants are respectful and friendly. Gives a safe vibe, couples and families take evening walks.
The staff is absolutely amazing. Anything I need, any questions I have are answered. Very professional, the communication is extremely important and they do a fantastic job at keeping you informed. The people living here aren’t always the best-but the reason I would consider staying longer is because the management team makes me feel important and cared for. That is NOT normal anywhere else. This place has become home and I have to thank all of them, Specially Berkley. Caroline is a great assistant manager, and steps up when Berkley is not around. Fantastic team effort. The support staff is very professional and supportive. I love living here. It’s close to work, trails are close by. ANYTHING you need is with in less than 15 min drive. The RDU Airport is less than 10 minutes away. It’s quiet, people are nice and keep to themselves, but will say hi. This place is really something else.
Residences at Shiloh Crossing is the best community in this area as this location is very close to Walmart supermarket. The entire leasing staff is very kind and helpful. They always resolve every issue within a day.
100% I regret renewing my lease. Pest control comes weekly and there are STILL roaches and giant ant hills against the exterior walls of the apartments, and so many ants coming in through the walls. Idek how that happens. I have been told roaches are just “palmetto bugs” (which are still roaches!) and it’s normal to have them. I’ve also been told that I have to wait for the scheduled pest control to come out when I brought a roach problem to their attention. It’s been such a headache dealing with the property manager that I’ve mostly resulted to dealing with the pests myself instead of calling them. The Maintenance staff is nice and friendly, but that’s the only positive thing I have to say. Don’t move here.
Pest infestation and careless management! Absolute nightmare
Shiloh is such a great community; it is exactly what you need after a long week or even a long day! The staff is nothing short of excellent and welcoming at all times, I have never experienced such great professionalism. We are certainly pleased with our Shiloh decision. No complaints!
The community is great and new. All new appliances with sleek interiors. My dog and I love spending time at the dog park which is always getting something new! I’m seriously concerned that rent will be increased too much for me to sign a new lease due to how nice it is and I don’t want to leave!
I can not say enough good things about the Residence at Shiloh Crossing. Caroline has been absolutely AMAZING, answering all my emails and helping me through this entire process. The grounds are clean, amenities are great and the apartment has been amazing!
If you are looking for the resort type lifestyle everyday... come stay at Residences at Shiloh Crossing!!!!!

I moved in on the 7th of May and Shelby was fantastic on answering any questions I had. I also had very good experiences with the entire leasing Team from inquiring back in March to move. They are so nice and are always smiling and greet every resident or perspective resident with a smile and hello. This is a award winning team. Keep doing what you all are doing its much appreciated. The community is absolutely gorgeous the grounds are kept up very well. Always have events planned. This is by far the best apartment community I have lived in.

Quaint, clean, beautifully manicured with spacious apartments and hotel quality amenities. I LOVE living here!! It’s the perfect community away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Raleigh AND Durham, but also close enough to each city to enjoy them both with a quick drive in either direction.

I am the courtesy officer at this property and this is my first property I have lived at thats does not have issues! This property is the quietest complex you are going to find in the RTP area. Also, located seconds from I-540 and I-40 makes this an ideal location. Also, being only a $7 uber ride to the airport is a plus!
