Great area of town. Wish my apartment had more windows that opened (only one small one close to the floor opens) I have an A1D floorplan, but otherwise it’s great!

I’m really enjoying all the amenities of the residence. It’s very convenient that there’s a gym downstairs and a swimming pool to cool off. I also like that it’s near grocery stores and restaurants. I appreciate that it’s near any of the bars and food trucks it makes socialising with other people easier. Brae has been so helpful in making my move as smooth as possible.

Been really great but the homeless people get aggressive sometimes. Also really hot in the halls and the gate doesnt work. I like living here and the fetch system isnt a problem

I’ve been living at Saltillo on the east side of Austin for a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The apartment is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with fantastic amenities that make day-to-day living a breeze. New resident and it’s ok. Sorta feel like a bait and switch, finishes on public areas in buildings not used for the tour are below expectations. Elevator floors chipped and discolored, elevator signage unreadable and floor numbers hand written on duck tape?! The unit is as expected. Picking up keys was easy, only downside was unit was unlocked upon arrival. Leasing team is great just took a long time for everything to be finalized. Applied six weeks before move in and didn’t get lease until two weeks before. Could have provided clearer instructions for several items, such as detailed map of complex with locations for loading/movers and trash rooms and recycle terms.

I love the location, perfect taste of city living. The apartment is very nice and very big but the move in process was a nightmare. Our monthly rent price went up by over 100 dollars due to the delays in the process. There were so many managers involved, none of which were on the same page. Since move in things have been fine and I enjoy the view from our living room.

I had a little bit of a difficult experience with moving in, but now that my roommates and I are settled everything is great! My dog loves the dog parks and the pool has a great view.

My apartment complex rates an 8 out of 10 for me. The amenities are excellent, offering everything I need for convenience and comfort, from a well-equipped gym to relaxing communal spaces. Communication from the staff is very very difficult to achieve. In-person, email, phone... they are not responsive. No sense of urgency and very little to no information if something is going on (i.e. the elevator might be out of service for 3-4 days with zero notifications and not even a note on the elevator door, the gate might not work for days - zero notifications). I have emailed many times and do not receive adequate an response. They simply do not care about their tenants and it is clear. Good luck ever getting anyone on the phone - they hardly ever pick up. Whether they are understaffed or just not cut out for the kind of work, it is very frustrating to live here and be treated this way. I have tried to talk to the manager of the leasing office and they don't seem to care either. The only good thing about this building is the location.

The neighborhood is the best part about living here. Having Whole Foods, Target, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance creates the nicest community feel. The views of downtown are also stunning!

Love this location, hard to beat living on the east side. Two pools, a nice gym, I love it! Lots of bars and restaurants near by. Clean apartments and great set up.

I am generally happy with my resident experience at Saltillo. The front office is always responsive and as helpful. The ammenities are great as well as the apartments. My only complaint is the security. There are many homeless people in the same area as saltillo, and they wait outside the apartment to ask for money.

Saltillo on the east side of Austin is a great complex, especially building 4 (furthest from highway) - great neighborhood, everything at your fingertips!: Whole Foods, Target, OrangeTheory and Purebarre, and a ton of restaurants, bars and live music venues. Also the most reasonably priced complex in this area of the east side.

this location is one of the best in the city having restaurants just outside my door makes hosting friends very convenient the neighborhood is great for our dog walks

The office has improved but we will not be resigning. The location is nice, but there are issues with loud noise- you can hear everything from the apartments above you, packages being stolen, and suspicious activity in the building.

Area is amazing, people are friendly, but got my unit dirty with dead bugs in the cabinets and by windows. Carpet cleaners and bug people came, but ended up just cleaning out the apartment myself because a second round of cleaners never came.

Recently moved here and feel so tricked, all of the amenities listed on the website literally don't work - none of the TVs by the pools work, the working spaces are so dirty and gross, the thermostats ARE NOT SMART like the website lies about. Management doesn't take accountability for anything in this dump.
It was okay, minus some hiccups with the unit not being cleaned well prior to move-in and a few communication issues with the leasing team. Other than that, it's been okay so far.

Don't believe the postive reviews, they pay people to write them. This is the worst building I have ever lived in. Homeless living inside, cockroaches everywhere, dirty hallways, zero security, management will lie to your face, nothing works, they couldn't care less about issues everywhere like open doors or gates not working. I'll never live in a Lincoln property ever again.

The maintenance crew is great, management can be tough to get in contact with. Free food offered which is nice but usually mediocre options. Caution of cockroaches

Just moved in 2 weeks ago from Maryland. Didn’t even check out the apartment before renting. Love my apartment. Amenities are clean. Would highly recommend anyone living here.

I have loved living at Saltillo for almost 3 years now. The amenities are well kept and modern. Apartment layouts are spacious. You can’t beat the location! The staff is helpful and friendly. Shoutout to Franklin our security officer! He makes us feel safe and is always a friendly face to talk to in the mornings. Even my dog Eloise sees him and gets so happy!

Great location and nice staff, very quick to fix anything. The actual appliances and quality of apt is just not worth the price. I got the carpet cleaned and it still had all these wrinkles and looks like snakes in the carpet the next day I vacuumed and the vacuum still was full of stuff after it had been 'cleaned'. There's paint on the toilet, there's loose pieces of the bottom part of the carpet coming out of the part where it meets wood. Stuff like that

I love living at Saltillo. The community and neighborhood are amazing. Only thing I wish was better was the quality in which the building was built, We have had a few leaks.
