Property Ratings at Residences at Rio
I lived there for a year and the apartment is close to restaurants and a lot of shopping walking distance. The best part is the view towards the lake at Rio and the management. Michael, the manager always go out of his way to help and is always there to assist and follow up any request. He is the best for the position. Apartment lobby and common areas are always clean and tidy. The only thing you need to check is the sound of the AC. It’s an old unit and the sound of the AC at night can be a little bit noisy, so check that if you are sensitive for noice while sleeping. Besides that the apartment is the best in every aspect. Only reason I left was due to changing job.
We have been shifted to Residences at Rio since four months. The managemnet is handling everything professionally to keep the premises very tidy and clean always to keep family safe and secured. Maintenance and services are extremely good and one call away things getting done. Hospitality of the workers and office staff highly impressive. We feel always happy being in Residences at Rio. Relocating to a new state is hard but staying at a fully furnished and equipped kithchen apartment with an extremely friendly and attentive staff makes the situation a bit easier. It is sooooo much better than extended stay of americal. It has so many conveniences in unit washer/dryer, balcony, small work out center, pool and tennis courts. They proved everything you need to live - from mop, vacumn cleaner to shampoo and detergent. The shuttle to the metro is a perfect amenity that makes it easier for professionals.
