I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community.for almost 3 years. The location is excellent. apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable layout and good natural lighting. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which I really appreciate. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help when needed. The community is generally quiet and feels safe, making it a nice place to relax after a long day. Parking is convenient, and the shared areas are kept clean and organized. Overall, this apartment offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free place to live.

I moved here November 2024 and I have loved every single minute of it. This was my first time living on my own and I would recommend this property over and over again. The amenities are great, and I made use of the pool every chance I got. The only thing was the wasps swimming along with me lol. Maintenance is so quick and easy to get a hold of. The leasing office is full of beautiful individuals who say hi to you everytime they see you. Kirby was excellent! I wish I could extend my lease but sadly I’ll be moving out of state.

Very good so far. The maintenance team and leasing staff are very friendly and nice. The complex is very quiet and so far all our neighbors are very good. We had a ant issue right after we moved-in and the pest control person came and helped us getting it fixed. We are having a good experience living here so far. We loved the pool party the whole staff prepared, we wish they do more events

I lived here for 2 years and I loved it! Maintenance is very responsive and quick to answer calls. The office staff are very attentive and great at assisting with questions. The resident events are always thought out and fun! My dog loves the dog park they have and could spend hours there if I allowed him to. I definitely recommend moving here if you’re in Gainesville.

Feel safe taking my dog for a walk at 530am. Well lit hallways and exterior of building. Beautiful pool and gathering area. I’ve rented the community room and hosted a birthday party. It was a great success.

A day past at my new residential home, very busy with unloading unpacking stuff. On my second day I was able to work on the move in inspection list. Overall, the apt is in good condition, was clean, but still some final touches. I have pictured those and will contact the office to look into.

Very easy and smooth process to rent a place, very cooperative and understanding as I had few delys in the moving in starting date and they fixed it
Being a resident here is great - I enjoy the amenities, particularly the gym and the pool. The courtyard areas are nice, good for taking walks. I live in a 1/1 and it is very spacious, especially the kitchen area. The rent is higher than I personally think it ought to be, but we have renewed for this upcoming lease period and have already been here 2 years so we would overall recommend this place.
I lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed it. The apartment and amenities were great and well looked after. The maintenance team was always helpful, Aaron especially always checked in!
Moving into our new apartment has been an incredibly smooth and positive experience. From the very beginning, the leasing office was responsive, professional, and welcoming. The application process was easy and efficient. The apartment itself was spotless on move-in day, with fresh paint, clean carpets, and everything in great working order. The amenities are a great bonus, especially the gym, pool and trash pick up.
Lovely community and great staff! The dog park is one of the best parks at an apartment community I’ve lived at, the turfed grass is a game changer.
Overall, a great place to live. I wish there were a better way to communicate with staff, but other than that, they are very responsive if there's any issue.

Move in day today. Everything went fine. We asked for Maintenance because we thought we had an issue. They came promptly and handled it as well as answered some questions. Overall a good experience We love our apartment, office ladies are friendly The grounds and halls get trashed up occasionally and that's disappointing to see, but can't help how some people choose to be. Overall we are glad we chose these apartments

Picked this complex due to its newness and community when I moved in. Besides the maintenance and office employees the community has gone down hill with the residents that have moved in and the access that the others have had to the complex which has resulted in cars being broken into, theft and numerous instances where the police have had to be called on arguments and fights between residents and non residents

Great Community Living Experience! I’ve been living at the Residences at Market West for two months, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The apartments are modern and spacious, with high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light. The management team ;Britney, Gaby and Kirby responsive and always willing to help, and maintenance requests are handled quickly.

Love the neighborhood! They are Super modern apartments. Everyone is dog friendly, speaking of that they have a dog park and a dog washing area for residences.

Good community nice residence, cool office staff, very helpful. Pool is nice. Grill area is nice as well. They have a carwash and dog wash. Maintenance is nice.

Love this complex, our appartement is great, the amenities are amazing and the leasing office people are always very helpful. The neighborhood is very safe and family oriented, great places for families with young kids
