I have been living at Residences at Lakehouse for over 2 years. When you enter the gated community after a long day at work, you are happy to be home. You can relax and stroll the lake or take some time for yourself on a lakeside bench to read or meditate. The pool area is adjacent to the office where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee, tea or of course espresso. Grilling at the pool is another wonderful time with your loved ones. The gym is near the pool area so you can walk to it from your apartment. If you have fur babies then you will enjoy the properties dog park , where your dogs can run and play with you. Living at Residences at Lakehouse has been a wonderful experience for myself and family. I believe what truly makes it a wonderful place to live is its employees. Yennived, Adriana, Shane and Terri are very helpful, friendly and kind. The Maintenance and Porter teams keep the property running smoothly. If you see them on the property they are always busy but never too busy to wave and greet you with a smile. I appreciate their service and effort in making the property a wonderful place to live! When my husband and I took our tour with Janille, we knew The Residences at Lakehouse was where we wanted to be. Janille was amazing and made sure we found the right apartment. Everything was very clear as far as the process for applying and our move in went very smoothly. The community has been fantastic and we have been enjoying our walks around the lake. We couldn't be more happy with our new home!
My family and I had a wonderful experience while applying to live at The Residence at Lake House in Miami Lakes. Janille assisted us and she was very patient, kind, professional and provided us wonderful service. She was there for us since day one, supporting throughout the entire process. The application process was quick and effective. Even after we moved in, Janille was very attentive and always willing to help us. Janille was able to get everything ready within a week after our first call to this place. If it wasn't for her excellent, professional and fast service we will probably still looking for a place to move to. My family and I love this place; it is very safe, clean and quiet. Maintenance comes fast when you need it. In general, thank you Janille for being there for us when we needed you.
This place has deteriorated. People are renting rooms, subleasing apartments to the point that some apartments have a lockbox for the keys, bringing unwanted tenants. Drug use goes on day and night. Police have been seen on premises several times. Sadly on site Management knows this but refuses to take care of all these problems.

Residences at Lakehouse is a safe, tranquil community under professional, detail oriented management. They maintain high standards and prioritize customer satisfaction. Maintenance is addressed in a timely manner. The property and facilities are kept in good condition, working order. Pets are welcomed. There is adequate parking. Great central location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, highways. My family has lived here for 2 months and we are very happy to be here!
In 3 years of living here, I don't think the front gate went one whole month without breaking at least once. They kept more than half of my security deposit to remodel the place after I left. They even charged me for the POSTAGE to send me the letter telling me what they were charging me for lol. Avoid Graham properties and this place at all costs.
I love living at Lakehouse! It’s very family oriented, clean and quiet. The neighbors are all very friendly and so is everyone in the leasing office. My kids and I love our summers in the pool!! Let’s not forget the amazing maintenance that’s comes along with renting here. Highly recommended!!!
Excellent Property we been here for almost 9 years and we renew our lease every year.Luxury apartment with spacious walking closet.The staff are very respectful Friendly and help us in anything we need to fix.We can enjoy in here with our little friends (puppy)We have 24 hour security gate .The manager are very professional and help you At anytime .Thanks .

If your looking for a nice and peaceful place to live you don't need to look any further. It took me a while to look for an Apartment for my parents to be safe and happy. It's being 4 incredible years living in this excellent community. They have Selene a great Manager with her Amazing Staff. Everyone is always willing to offer their best service and Maintenance is excellent and quick. I highly recommend this property Residences at Lakehouse.
The Residences at Lakehouse is definitely the best place to live in Miami Lakes. Modern and affordable apartments; all units, common areas, and in general the entire community is well kept. The leasing office staff is amazing; they are very courteous and always attentive to your needs. Maintenance people go above and beyond to make sure everything is in order when needed.

I have lived in The Residences at Lakehouse for 6 months now. My experience here has been amazing so far. From the leasing process at the beginning, everything went smoothly with the leasing office and their staff, especially Adriana. The unit is spacious and very modern. The place is quiet, well kept, and safe. It has been perfect for our family.

It is a great place to live. Very safe, cute, clean and quiet. The apartments are very well-kept and equipped. Minutes from supermarkets and other essential places. If you like to exercise they have a GYM and the commerce way is a very busy one for running or cycling. The agents are very friendly and attentive, ask or Angel excellent service. They have a pet area, a pool and access control for greater security. They are constantly cleaning the common areas.
Apartments are in a very good condition there is a lot of space in the parking lot, great maintenance in the pool, barbecue, basketball court, gym. Quiet place.
The complex is beautiful. Well maintained and the apartments are well appointed. This property even has a fenced dog run with a water fountain for the pups. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Whenever I have a question or a maintenance request, the team at Residences at Lakehouse take care of it promptly.
This is a lovely place to live and Angie is the best. Really happy here and would recommend.
