Residences at Lake Park

We have been here for a month and are still very happy with this community! Maintenance comes the day of the submission request. Office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Residents are kind and polite. Clubhouse and pool are always clean. I would recommend this place definitely.

Love living here is very peaceful the office management is great the maintenance great and the neighbors are great it's an excellent community it's a place where you feel safe and you feel like you belong the place is kept up very nicely

My experience at Residence at Lake Park has been Superior!! The Manager listens and follows through. Our property grounds including the lighting is top notch and always clean. Our amenities are perfect. I highly recommend Residence at Lake Park as a wonderful place to live.

It has been a nightmare since I moved in this apartment, I gave it another try and signed another year lease but I regret doing that now, water damage that seems not to be important to them.

Being a little smaller, permits for a community feel. Also, parties, dinners, little extras or events are most welcome. ??

I'm new to Residences at Lake Park(RLP), but my first month has been awesome. RLP is a quiet neighborhood with modern apartments and we'll kept grounds. The staff is very friendly and show a genuine interest in making your experience great at this property. RLP also has a 24hour clubhouse and business center with a free coffee bar. Yes, I did say FREE COFFEE!

I have lived at this property since April of 2022, and it is one of the best renting experiences I have had. The grounds are well kept, maintenance staff are great, and the office staff are wonderfully helpful. I really enjoy the community, and if I had not been offered a new job in another city I would be renewing.

Local management is great, maintenance is great and pest control are great. Corporate management with regards to renter insurance is NOT great.

The team here at Lake Park is down right phenomenal. The residential managers and maintenance staff all go above and beyond, they do a great job prioritizing and making sure that every detail is kept up and looked after. The community itself is well taken care of and it shows. Such a gem to fine.

This is a very clean, beautiful, quiet community. The apartments are very well maintained. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, or any question, they are very responsive. The pool area is beautiful and sparkling clean.

The community is very elegant and safe, the staff is very friendly and they listen always to recommendations and there is something new on a regular basis that makes us happy

I am very happy living at Residences at Lake Park. The community is beautiful and so is my apartment. I greatly appreciate the care the staff put in to maintaining the grounds and buildings, responding to maintenance requests quickly, insuring our safety and comfort. For example, once my air conditioning went out, I submitted a request on the portal and within the hour they were in my apartment and fixed the issue. I have never had an issue with my air or temp in my unit since. They also plan nice events like food trucks, pet photoshoots, holiday get togethers. The pool and other outdoor shared areas are always clean and peaceful. The people who live here are friendly and respectful. It is a great community to call home and enjoy a carefree lifestyle.

I have lived here for 5 Years . It is a Great place with Friendly and Efficient Administrators and Maintenance crew . Over all , It is Home Away From Home.

It’s quiet , it’s smaller than many communities giving it a hometown feel. The people are respectful and friendly neighbors. It’s clean and well maintained. It’s a fantastic location

I lived that this apartment complex for over 2 years. Only had couple of issues the apartment flooded. Silverfish pests that would come often. There is not enough parking, And currently due to covid 19 you pretty much have no amenities. When I went to move out I was surprised by final charges, I was charged Scratches in the fridge door that were present on and noted when I moved in. They do not have good communication skills and are hard to get in touch with. Also the dog park will be filled with poop the entire time you live there. The walls are cheaply painted the will stain if you touch them. Dissatisfied for the price I paid to live there.

This is not a hate post. I just want to make you aware of my personal experience when I ended my lease. I had been living there for over 2 years and had pretty much only used this place to sleep. I used the kitchen stove to make some scrambled eggs on occasion, so after living there for 2 years, some wear and tear on the appliances is expected. When I ended my lease in order to move to a new place nearby, I got a bill for “damages” to the property. These are the damages: • Damage to the carpet: The said it was damaged and needed to be replaced. They told me it was not fluffy enough and has some stain they cannot clean. I argued with them over this and they eventually agreed to prorate the costs for the 2 years I lived there, charging me $162. Otherwise they would have charged me over 450 USD. • Black spots on the bath tub: They wanted to charge me to have it resurfaced. I’m glad I placed a job order reporting this, so they waved this charge. • Stove: It has a scratch on the top (see picture), so they decided to replace the entire cook top, even though the glass is not broken. They charged me $377. Previously, there was another person living in that space for over a year, so I asked for my initial inventory sheet. They said it had been lost and that they no longer had it. They said that’s my problem, not theirs. I just want you all to be aware of what can happen to you at the end of your lease. If you are a current resident and you have some small spot on the carpet or stove, place a work order. If you are lucky you can get some charges waved. And keep a copy of your initial inventory sheet. I believe they want to renovate the apartment for new residents after you leave at your expense. When ending a lease, I have never before been charged because the carpet was not fluffy enough or because I used the stove and it wasn’t left in brand new condition. I contacted the main office, Arlington properties, but they haven’t communicated with me thus far, so I decided to pay the bill (475.83 USD) rather than get sent to collection and have my credit history tarnished. Again, this is to make you aware of my own experience with this property. Don’t let my mistake be your mistake. In the end, it cost me almost 500 USD, and I don’t want other people get burned like this. When I went to the leasing office, I told them I’m going to make a review about my experience so this won’t be a surprise review for them.

I have never encountered a more passive aggressive person in my life the Manager is very rude and has no compassion or empathy for families in setting that should be welcoming warm and embracing she was abrasive rude and very rude. I would not recommend anyone signing a lease with such a bitter woman in charge.

Randi and Chris have been amazing. I couldn't decide what I wanted and they were both very understanding and helpful. These apartment homes are beautiful and well designed to accommodate 1 person or a a family. I am so excited to move in and call Tapestry at lake Park my home. Randi and Chris are just as excited to be a part of this beautiful community as I. Thank you Randi and Chris for sharing your enthusiasm and MN a king me feel welcomed!

We have been working with Randi for the past few months as we are downsizing from our home to apartment life. Randi is so patient, kind and understanding anytime we reach out to her. We have called and sent so many emails and she always gives us a prompt response and answers all of our questions. She is so accomodating (we have changed our unit location 3 times and she is so awesome avout it, never acts like it is an inconvenience) This is truly a complex that wants their rentals to be happy. We have snuck over a few times during the construction and the workmanship is top notch. I recommend anyone looking for an apartment complex that has staff that truly cares to check out Tapestry at Lake Park. You will not be disappointed.
