Projects with a facelift. Community is cool and pretty quiet The only good thing is the gate which is broken more than it works. Once you sign your lease don’t expect much help from leasing office after.
It has been a good experience with the Leasing office. They were very patient and helpful with all of my questions and concerns, that I had moving from another state. Very Friendly and made me feel at home.
In the few years I have lived here, I have always gotten satisfactory service when a maintenance issue occurred. Never once did anyone have to revisit the issue. I am please with the skill set of each member of the team. I encourage them to keep up the good work.

It’s a beautiful community, pleasant and helpful staff. Great amenities and great location.
Me and my family have been here a month and we like it we really don’t have any complaints or issues it’s nice and quiet as well which means a lot to me mainly at night due to me being such a light sleeper

This apartment is beautiful as is the complex. However, it does get a little noisey late at night sometimes. Also, rent prices are too high.
This complex is not luxury it is basic with no upgrades and they have barely had a grounds keeper this year causing trash to build up in the neighborhood. The gate is always broken as well
I love my apartment at Residences at Brookline. It is a beautiful apartment in a wonderful location close to the express-ways and shopping center. The staff is very professional and friendly. I would recommend the apartments. Very high class area.

The grounds are well kept and it is mostly a quiet neighborhood. I do wish one of the two dog parks were set up with a playground for the kids in the neighborhood.
