The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Belmont Heights
My significant other and I recently moved to Belmont to pursue our careers and Belmont Heights is where we chose to call home. The speedy management team, Ms.Denisha, the newly built pool and peaceful neighborhood are why Belmont Heights was the perfect fit for us. Ms Denisha made sure that the whole leasing and moving in process was smooth sailing! We love our home!
I love my new place here! It’s an older complex but they’ve done a great job with renovations and overall maintenance. The property manager, Dennishia, made the move-in process so smooth and easy. The maintenance team are also very prompt and responsive to requests. I had a kitchen faucet leak and they were able to replace both the kitchen and bathroom faucet with a new one. This neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and a great place to stay! It’s also great to be in Belmont and away from the city. I’m happy with my new home.
I’ve enjoyed having the opportunity to live here! I love the change of pace as it’s quiet and so serene compared to other complexes in the area. The location is safe and comfortable and has plenty of amenities to explore. I’m looking forward to the pools completed construction as well.
Love the area, closeness to I-85 and Charlotte is not too far. The place is quiet and clean. Older property but they have some new apartments I just don't want to pay for them but atleast they have them! Love they take pets and parking isnt a problem like some places.
With all the things going on in life moving here was one of the things I consider a blessing. Nice people and even a better place to stay. Not only that there’s great food in the area and many places to shop til you drop lol. Since I’ve been here Belmont Heights has had many activities for tenants to participate in and win prizes even. Elevate your life with Belmont Heights
Location is a huge plus being close to Gastonia & Charlotte, also close to restaurants and grocery stores.

I am a current resident of this apartment complex and have been for 14 months now. I signed a 16 month lease when I moved in. These apartments control when the AC gets turned on when it started getting warmer. This is my third season change here and I have lived in uncomfortably hot temperatures every time. They refuse to fix the issue , which is their super old AC units . They turned my heat off , but refused maintenance in my AC if it doesn’t work until they are ready to turn everyone’s on. My AC is not working, and each AC unit only controls one apartment. They also like to randomly turn off your AC and not communicate that with you. Sometimes they say it froze and sometimes they say they were scared it was going to. The fact of the matter is, they need to communicate and ensure there are ways to keep cool. Not only have I been living miserably hot in my apartment, but I can’t cook, not even boil noodles without the temperature increasing greatly , and I have no way to cool it down. I haven’t been sleeping great, because of how hot it is, and even using my dryer makes it hot so I have been doing laundry elsewhere . I’m paying rent in a place I can’t do simple daily tasks in. Yesterday, I was unable to make an Easter meal like planned because it was 80 degrees in my apartment. This is an ongoing issue that management and maintenance out bandaids on instead of solving. To get out do my lease they want a 60 day notice and $2300. That would still leave me sitting in the heat. I have never rented anywhere that makes up these rules. I would advise to stay away.

Spacious, great maintenance. Horrible water issues, black mold everywhere, ceiling collapsed, roof leak, sink issues, bugs get in very easily

I have lived here for almost 27 years. So far no problems and everything is well maintained. Really close to everything as far as eating and shopping. Very close to Gastonia and Charlotte. I give it minimum of 4 1/2 stars. George P
Office doesnt return calls, residents do not clean up after dogs, dogs run off leash, office is aware and doesnt address it
Lived here for over 3 years. Management is fantastic. The apartment is super clean and quiet. Over 3 years and I've only heard my neighbors once or twice. There is zero crime in this area. This is a perfect first apartment to start saving for a home. Location is a huge plus being close to I-85. I highly recommend these apartments.
