Residence at Mill Creek

I moved in about two months ago, and it was the best decision I've ever made! The neighborhood is so peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, and the amenities are great. I have felt so lucky to have a heated garage, a convenience store within walking distance, and trails and paths for my dog. The apartment itself is well built with nice upgrades and the buildings and grounds are very well maintained. It's super close to so many stores, restaurants, and the train station while still feeling like you are in a quiet neighborhood. Truly the best of both worlds. I can't say enough good things about it!

I am really enjoying my quiet comfortable apartment at Residence at Mill Creek. The heated, well-lit garage is greatly appreciated during the brutal winter weather, and the daily garbage disposal option is a great convenience. I also love that management is conveniently located 5 minutes away, and my neighbors are super friendly.

The Residence has been our home for 10 years and we can’t be happier! Our needs are met and it is truly a luxury to have heated garages, elevators and great security. Floor plans are so livable and feel roomy.

Good management, very responsive maintenance support, pleasant and responsive property management, very nice apartment neighbors, nice walking areas.

I am celebrating 4 years here at the Residence. I moved here after years of renting from private landlords when it could take days and weeks to get maintenance taken care of. and sometimes it wasn't actually ever taken care of. What a difference having Monica and her maintenance team looking out for me! I have never had any major issues but even something as simple as helping change the large light fixture in the kitchen's bulb, has been taken care of quickly. Then there is how dog friendly the community is...My pup loves it here and we have so many trails to explore right outside our door. 4 years has flown by and I have so many neighbors that have been here so much longer, I feel that speaks volumes for the community this is my HOME not "just a rental"

My husband and I moved here to Geneva, IL from Green Bay, WI a year ago. I had lived there my entire life and when my mother died we moved here to be near family. We sold our home and ended up in Mill Creek, as my daughter lives in the same area. We are senior citizens and did not want a home anymore. We looked at so many apartment complexes from Naperville to Geneva. We found the Residence at Mill Creek on your site and came to look at it!!! The property manager, Monica, was sooo helpful and extremely friendly and informative. We immediately loved this place as it is nestled in among trees, a golf course and beautiful homes and carriage homes, off the main roads. There are no other apartment buildings in Mill Creek North except our Residence ones, which there are two. They each have 24 units, 3 floors and 8 units on each floor. We have underground parking which is immaculate and always bright. We have large storage units and an elevator. Our lobby has controlled access and the buildings are cleaned every Monday and Thursday. Everything is included in the rent, so you are not paying extra for parking, storage or an animal---we have a cat. All the other places we looked at, we would have had to pay extra for everything, and the rent here came out cheaper than anywhere else. The apartments are beautiful and we never hear a thing from anywhere in the building or our neighbors. We have huge balconies and a view of the golf course and our beautiful covered gazebo area, in a grassy, huge courtyard. There are two huge stainless gas grills and a fireplace, along with several seating options. If you have a problem with anything, the maintenance man is here within hours. I have not had one problem yet!!! I don't even feel like I am in an apartment as it is sooo quiet----almost all adults, and everyone here loves it. They are newer buildings, maybe 7 years old, very well built. We have been so very happy and content here and Monica has her office right across the parkway in the Villages at Mill Creek, so I just walk across there to pay my rent. We get monthly newsletters from her that she delivers and updates on anything going on. I cannot say enough about this place, except that it is the best of over thirty places we looked at. It is probably one of the best decisions we have made. I cannot find one thing to say that is bad about this place. If you are looking to rent in the Geneva area, this is it. Patty

After over 40 years of owning a home we decided to give up the work and maintenance of a home and rent an apartment. We found the Residence of Mill Creek and we couldn't be happier. Our unit has over 1300 square feet with 2 bedrooms, two baths, living, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and master bath. The 9 foot ceilings make the apartment feel even larger. We have underground parking with an elevator. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Each unit has their own laundry facilities. We feel very fortunate to have found the Residence of Mill Creek and plan to stay for many years to come.

My 3rd floor apartment is quiet and spacious. It is well built as I never hear my neighbors and Monica, our property manager is more than helpful in fixing any issues that do arise. My neighborhood is a golf course community and through traffic is light and respectful. This is a great starter unit for those saving up to buy a house.

This is the perfect apartment setting within Millcreek Residences. The 36 hole golf course and the surrounding wetlands, parks, and bike trails provide a "little bit of country" in this western suburban community. The non-smoking policy and the workout equipment help me maintain a healthy lifestyle. I appreciate the nearby market, and the courtyard with 2 gas grills and a wood burning fireplace that I enjoy with my family and friends. The staff maintains good care of the facilities, and treats it as they would their own home.

If you're looking for a lovely and warm place to rent in Geneva, look no further. My son and I feel at home and safe in our new place at Mill Creek Residences. Tons of sunlight in each apartment, huge breakfast bar area that easily seats 6. Private deck with room enough for entertaining. The courtyard is beautiful with two modern gas grills and an inviting giant brick fireplace. You can cook dinner and entertain in the courtyard and it feels like vacation. Lots of kids in the neighborhood with school bus pickup right outside. Conveniently located across the street from Mill Creek Market. Everyone who visits loves the energy of the building and my unit! Safe, underground heated parking and individual storage unit. Large closets in unit. Check it out!

We sold our house abruptly without time to look for a new purchase and scrambled to find a rental. And, boy, did we find a gem. We looked at quite a few rental units in various buildings and then saw our eventual home at Mill Creek Residence. The rooms are bright , cheerful and LARGE. Living room, dining room and kitchen are connected in a great room with ample windows and connected to a spacious deck. granite countertops and SS appliances complement the decor. The master suite has a walk in closet and full bath. The second bedroom is ample in size and adjacent to a second full bath. A full size laundry completes the picture. We are so glad we found this unit, wonder why we didn't move 5 years ago and wonder if we will ever leave. The common area has two grills for anyones use and are never crowded. A gazebo suitable for outdoor dining completes the fenced in common area. A convenience store is available across a wide grassy parkway. What a find!!

Residences at mill creek are a well managed luxury apartment complex in a wonderful area. Mixed in with residential homes creates a wonderful living experience.

Friendly people, beautiful grounds, spacious apartments, all in fabulous Geneva, IL! What more could you want?

We have lived here at the Residence at Mill Creek now for almost 4 months, and LOVE it!!! After looking at big complexes, we found this one, nestled among beautiful homes and the golf course in Mill Creek. Family owned is wonderful. The building is immaculate and cleaned on a regular basis. There is NO noise and our property manager is very helpful and friendly. The underground parking is CLEAN, bright, heated/air conditioned, and the storage units are huge. Elevator right up to your floor. We love it here!!!! SAFE!!!
