Reserve at Stone Hollow

I have lived here for a year and a half and while I have had some issues and concerns(as any place can), they have always been addressed in a timely fashion. Angel and Jerry are both assets to this company.

Location great apartments are nice amenities wonderful and the rent office workers are the absolute best. Best ive ever encountered thank you!

Very loud partying at the pool area on the weekends at night. Music can be heard the entire block. Also, floors/ceilings are so thin. I can hear every movement going on upstairs.

This location is in the middle of everything you would need, which is great! The apartment size is decent. Pets: There is no where to scoop your pets poop, so always walk with your baggie and prepare to walk with it for the remainder. Office management: I usually get Kaia , who is so very sweet and patient, direct and gets my questions answered to the best of her knowledge, but the Office manager Angel is never available for those unanswered questions (that gets annoying). Maintenance: Jerry is the go to! Overall, I call this place home and besides lack of communication, playing hopscotch with poop on the property, I like it here!

I truthfully wish I had NEVER moved into this place. It is in no way worth what I paid. The bathrooms are not modern in any way and look patched together. The kitchen appliance are subpar. The amenities are useless to anyone with a job. Pool and gym are only open til 5/6. I had noise issues throughout the entire time. The office does not have it together. They’d call multiple times to verify something they had already called about. They never knew what was going on. My car was damaged. Parking is terrible with people who aren’t residents. The renewal went up by hundreds of dollars when the apartment complex already wasn’t worth what was being paid. Please just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Overall I was not pleased with my experience at reserve at stone hollow. Ive had mold issues since I moved in and all they continue to do is clean the walls off which is like putting a band aid on a knife wound. The maintenance guy was ok with responding to maintenance requests but the issue never gets solved. Ive sent emails to the leasing office which Ive never received a reply to or a call back regarding any of my issues. For the amount of rent it costs to stay there I definitely wouldnt recommend living here.

Reserve at Stone Hollow is a quiet clean community. JERRY is the best Maintenance guy here. Angel has been awesome & The rent is pretty affordable to be near a busy area

Reserve at Stone Hollow would receive an overall rating of 4/5 from my family. They are conveniently located to lots of stores and restaurants. The facilities are kept clean and remain inviting. We do have one issue, but we are certain they are working as hard as they can to resolve it.

Maintenance is always done as soon as possible. Never a complaint with them. Thanks for your service.

Lovely apartment, clean neighborhood and safe for children to play. Dog lover community abs friendly leasing and maintenance staff, that take care of us very well.

Great place to live! Quiet, pet friendly, and everyone seems nice!! I've only been here a month, but so far so good, I have a newly renovated unit and its Beautiful!! Feels like I live in a fancy hotel!!!

Reserve Hollow was the best decision Ive made for my family and I. The community in itself is the cleanest and quietest that this area in my opinion has to offer. Not only are the Apartment residents friendly But the neighbors surrounding the apartment complex are super friendly !!!

Location is good, apartments are nice, community is quiet, maintenance is very responsive.

I tried to live here. I began the process two months before my move in date. I should have known then to turn around and look elsewhere. Every time I called, no answered the phone. I set up a tour and was told nothing was available to show. I watched the recorded tour of my potential floor plan and decided to go ahead start the process. I figured I could do a tour closer to my move in date. I paid all the associated fees and did everything to prepare for my move. A week before moving I asked to see my place. I was told it’s not ready we have nothing to show call back in two days. I emailed back in regards to a ridiculous payment policy and also requested to see my unit. That request was ignore. Two days before move in, I had to cancel the process another unit. Instead of acknowledging that they made a mistake or dropped the ball, I was told that I could have had a tour if I made an appointment. Then to make matters worse I was told that for my frustration I won’t be charged a app fee for my Roommate. The only people on my lease is my child and I. She is only 10. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

Everyone at Reserve at Stone Hollow is an incredible team member. They are extremely attentive and nice people. I moved here in March and have had many issues with my unit as it was the model unit for many years, and every issue has been handled and taken care of or they are actively working on it.

We have been here for a few months ,so far I have no huge complaints. Im sure the communication is due to us moving during the COVID-19 pandemic. The only issue I have is the cleanness of my building ; we dont get our stairs & doors cleaned as I thought it was supposed to be attended too . The excessive of webs ,wasps ,random rodents and garbage thrown down from neighbors from other floors is just not appealing. A side from that I would still recommend this community to future family & friends that would like to move to Charlotte.

Reserve at Stone Hollow is in a great location. Tiffany helped me through my whole process and was very kind and wanted to make sure everything was set. Overall I love my apartment and location.

The staff are friendly and are most helpful when going to the office in person. Doggie bags and trash cans are found throughout the complex; however, there are issues with the cleanliness of the dog park. Apartments are clean and spacious. No issues with bugs or rodents.

Reserve at Stone Hollow has been a great place to live. I have been here for two years, and while management has shifted a handful of times, Bell seems to be top notch and are working hard to make changes to better the community. The amenities, apartment features, and location to so many restaurants and stores make Reserve at Stone Hollow a prime place to call home!

The staff and maintenance are amazing! They are always so helpful and kind. I’ve been to apartment complexes where that isn’t the case, so it’s refreshing. One time our AC went out at 11:30pm and they came at midnight that same night to fix it!!

I really enjoy living at this property. I feel safe. Managers-Adam & Nancy have been most friendly and accommodating!-Adam-Fairly new Property Mgr has incorporated some new and refreshing ideas and get togethers for the tenants! Then there is Dennis our maintenance guy...super great personality and prompt attention!! Love the pool area...the BBQ grills..undercover seating bar-like ambience. New updated gym equipment is GREAT!...Large spacious living room (great if u have toddlers with toys) I love being close to 485. Do wish there was better lighting inside the apartments, that the business center had key fob access to use AFTER hours, wish there was a carwash rack, and the bathroom had separate exhaust switch (turning on the bathrm lights in winter kinda cold with exhaust blowing!). But these few things are NOT deal breakers to my living here. Been here bout a year and YES I will sign a new lease. Gotta be the cheapest trash valet around at $15!!.

I love, love, love this community!! All the staff are friendly, you get responses to any request fast and the environment is relaxing. I like that our community is within walking distance of just about anything you need and the schools that serve this area are great.

Nancy is the best and is amazing in making this complex enjoyable for all residents that move in here. The grounds are clean pool is nice and it’s very quite. Maintenance is always getting things done that need to be done here. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a place to call home .

I've enjoyed living at the Reserve at Stone Hollow. The management team is very helpful, as are the maintenance staff. Our apartment is spacious, especially for the price point. Close to concord mills and 485!

I have lived in many different complexes and have never felt more at home then I do here. The amazing staff, dog park, luxury pool/bbq area/gym and a friendly quiet neighborhood I do not see myself moving anytime soon! I am more then happy here.

Dennis, Adam & Nancy made my & my roommates move super easy. We had just been getting out of a bad situation & they. Were EXTREMELY accomodating! We LOVE living at R.A.S.H and will likely continue living there until graduate school calls us elsewhere! Couldn’t say better things!

I've loved living here. It's going on 6 years now. Mark and Asha are the sweetest, most accommodating management staff you could ask for, they handle their business VERY well. And Dennis and Terry are really attentive maintenance guys. Issues are resolved same-day, but if they can't, they'll communicate with you and keep in touch. All are very considerate, and prompt. The property is well maintained, clean, and peaceful. The community of neighbors is also amazingly considerate! This property isn't too big, so you don't have to contend with foot traffic, but when you do it's always a friendly face. I love that there's a dog park to relax at! I also like that Reserve is near so much shopping, great highway access (get anywhere in 20-30 minutes!), and the property itself is part of a small tucked away residential neighborhood, so there is a sense of "ownership" in the area, which is comforting, and unique to apartments. (Get a load of the great "urban design" on their little main street, Carolina Lily Lane!... lol) I've lived here for a while, but just now getting around the writing some reviews... these people deserve it! Whoever hired these guys knew what they were doing. I'm glad this property is clearly cared for. Even though I'm sure I'll buy a house one day, right now I don't ever want to leave.

I really like living here. The complex is clean and mostly quiet with enough parking for everyone. I love the dog park and the back area to walk my dog. The location is great; it's very close to shopping, dining, and the highway for quick travel. The apartments are in great shape and all of the appliances work. So far I haven't had any issues, but I know that if I did the leasing staff would be happy to help me.

I have only been living here for a few weeks but so far I really like it. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, they are a good value for the price. The neighborhood is pretty quiet even though it is a short drive (or even walk) to the mall as well as a bunch of other stores and restaurants. The office staff are very nice and accommodating. The fitness center is small but the cardio machines are relatively new and well maintained. My only complaint is that the parking spaces are tiny and it can be difficult to find somewhere to park without having to squeeze in and out of the car. However, this is a small problem that really doesn't diminish what seems to be a great apartment community.

The apt is very clean and well maintained grounds. The apartments have a very nice kitchen tall cabinets and living space with balcony and storage. The apts also, provide several grills around pool area and not just one like most complexes. The management staff is what makes it A the manager knows literally everyone by name and is always very accommodating.

This is a great place to live. The apartments are kept up and clean. The staff is great, friendly and great service. The maintenance team is always on top of things and friendly as well. The amenities are awesome. A pool with gas BBQ grills and a fireplace, a fitness area and a dog park just to name a few. Quiet neighborhood close to the mall.

Reserve at stone hollow is absolutely beautiful! I have been living in these apartments for almost two years. They are really spacious inside. If you have a lot of furniture it's perfect! The kitchen is updated with a beautiful cherry wood finish, flat surface stove and hardwood floors in kitchen. I have a luxurious walkin shower and his and her sinks. They also accommodate pet lovers with a spectacular dog park. The gym is awesome and the pool area is georgous also. These apartments are so relaxing and conveniently located next to Concord Mills. The staff is also pleasant and professional. Please check out Reserve At Stone Hollow you won't regret it.
