Very quiet and safe community. Have spacious rooms and balcony. Love the personal gym I like how parking spaces are available. When you need a repair in your apartment a handyman will response very fast. I like that.

Great community to live in! Maintenance is always fast when you need them and they are super nice! The news letters always keep you updated on any events happening around the area.

The apartments themselves are super nice, the community is also full of really kind people and in a safe area of town. Its right next to the high school which is good if you have kids (i live w my lil brother n dad) and the maintenance is probably the best of any apartment complex ive lived at. Seriously, every maintenance guy thats helped us has been super kind and fixed everything super fast !

This has been a great place to live. Maintenance staff is awesome and everyone I have dealt with is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a place to live in the area.

Beautiful, quiet property. Large balconies, private entry and spacious apartments. Love having PooPrints in place to keep the community clean!

It’s an amazing place to call home. We been having no problems so far. Everything comes as said. Just amazing place to be my daughter is loving it too.

Been here for a little over a year now and glad to say nothing has changed. Staff is still amazing, maintenance still Vets the job done right and in a quickly manner, and they have a BUNCH of opportunities to be apart of the community and to meet the neighbors. Such an amazing place to live.

We love living here. The apartments are located near the highway so it’s easy to commute to the other end of town. The staff is also very kind and knowledgeable when we have questions or concerns.

My thermostat hasn’t worked ever since my first day here . I’ll set it to 72 and it just does what it wants and shoots all the way to 78. Been fixed like 3 times and it’s never been fixed. Also walls don’t block any noise at ALL. I can hear everything my neighbors are saying so annoying !

I enjoy living her have for 6 years or almost I believe! Maintenance is quick to help. The lawn always looks nice my deck could use an update on paint but it a lovely view. I wish rent sis t go up for those who loved her along time or there was better perks to sticking around! Love the office people!

The maintenance staff is great. Very responsive and knowledgeable. The leasing staff is very nice and helpful with any questions you may have. The experience living here has been great.

Before moving in the staff made sure to fix anything in my apartment that I had noticed in a very timely manner! All work orders have been completed in 24-48 hours! I placed one on a Sunday afternoon and they were there to fix it Monday morning.

This community is so quiet and well taken care of. It feels good to be able to relax and enjoy where we live. Neighbors are very kind, along with all of the wonderful furry family members!

The move has been a great one! All my neighbors are super nice! The property is well maintained and the office staff is very helpful, every time I go in they are eager to get my questions answered!

I have lived here almost 12 years. For the most part it has been an enjoyable time. There are some factors that the reserve at Glenstone lacks, such as onsite perks and more parking. The staff has come and gone and i can't think of anytime that I've had a problem with any of them.

Decent pricing and sits not far from the main road in a quiet residential area. Not far from stores and other things. Close to work and easy to get anywhere I need.

Amazing! Hands down the best moving experience we’ve gone through. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. Maintenance was punctual, and the community is helpful. Got my car stuck in snow trying to go to work and got stuck. Luckily my neighbors came to help push me which would have never happened at our old place. So grateful to live here.

As a resident for over a year now, I think The Reserve at Glenstone is fantastic! They have the absolute best staff and great apartments with excellent amenities!

overall decent experience...rates and charges are a little ridiculous considering the property and amenities on site and length of time at this residence

Reasonable rental rates and good location that is close to the interstate. Service calls have been handled in a timely manner. Free internet is a nice bonus.

Managment doesn't hold up their side of the lease there is dog poop everywhere even on the sidewalks, snow removal is non existent noise complaints get ignored or your told to call the police. Staff is very rude.

Renewed the lease after the first year. Solid place overall, which is why I renewed. Price is good. Management is responsive. No excessive noise from others, and the quiet hours are enforced. Have had some issues with noisy pets, but they have quieted down and I think a lot of that has to do with management handling complaints. Service requests are handled timely. No issues with bugs or pests, although my apartment is on the top floor. Would recommend to others.
