From the first inquiry I had in January when I first started looking into moving, to now having lived here for five months, I’ve been so happy and impressed the entire time. Each of the staff members have been kind, helpful and are efficient when communicating/responding to questions/requests. My husband and I absolutely love our unit and immediately felt at home once we moved in. The community is beautiful, well maintained and offers great interactive opportunities. As a single mother this makes sense. This community is very safe, it’s quiet, very peaceful. Animals are kept on leashes! Maintenance is the best! I have never had an issue.

The Reserve At Abbie Lakes, is a wonderful apartment complex, to call your home. The grounds are well manicured, buildings are well kept and it looks very welcoming as you drive into the neighborhood. The parking areas are well kept and usually quiet. There is a fenced area, for you to exercise your pets etc. The management staff is great. Very friendly and caring, about any questions you may have. Any thing that needs to be taken care of, is done quickly, in a reasonable amount of time. I'm sure you will not be disappointed, if you decide to make The Reserve At Abbie Lakes, your new home. Welcome!
I know times, ppl are different. You are friendly. I've had calls returned right away for problems. However the problems don't seem to be solved. Ie, windows, our door for well over a year. Parking is still an issue. People dumping trash, illegal dumping. I know we as residents have to be assuming some costs for the dumping. I see all the additional charges. It's fair to spread costs. However .. for example valet trash doesn't seem to do much, or be of value.. when the dumpster are what they are. The concept doesn't work when the breezeways are dirty from trash run off. Then you drive out of your complex everyday and pass that dumpster area. I feel my 30 dollars would be better spent on a fence around the area, or cameras, or better security. 30 bucks to have those poor ppl take the trash I can walk over? That is fee I personally feel is wasted. I'd be happy to see you remove that and put that money in a project are the dumpster area.
The staff is very friendly, patient, and responsive. People are friendly and it’s very supportive of pets. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend as a good community at an affordable price.

Lots of flies that come into the apartment. Trash everywhere because there are no containers even though they have two to three trash charges on your monthly statement.
As a long time resident I am very pleased and have no complaints.

I relocated from New England last December, I did everything remote and it was a smooth and easy process. When I arrived I picked up my lease and got the keys to my unit. The unit was very nice and clean. I recently renewed my lease for another 12 months, maintenance is great here and they are very quick to resolve any problems, I have personally dealt with Brenna and Jacob at the office and they are both great and have great communication. The only problems I have had here is with smoke and residents not picking up after their animals but aside from that lovely, quiet and safe community.

This is the honest place to call home. Nothing is ever perfect, but this is extremely close. The entire staff is amazing. We have lived in many, so called, communities, but it truly feels like one large family here. This is definitely the place to be.

It's simply a place to live. There are definitely worse places, but there are better places out there. This place could easily be better. My neighbors are rad, no issues there. I've personally stopped people from stealing a car in the parking lot. So this place isn't free from crime, but show me one place that is. Trash is honestly out of hand. We have so many residents that one compactor doesn't make sense. The pool (that we pay for) spends half the season under maintenance so good luck and godspeed getting to it. When you're able to it's just filled with obnoxious kids being obnoxious kids. Also, it's unbelievably small, which I've noticed is common in this area so it's not just this apartment. We've went to the pool before it closes and there was a padlock on it, just an hour before we saw people using it. We had no notification that it was locked either. If you need a basic place to live, I might recommend this complex. I had next to no time to move here so I didn't have the luxury of finding anything better. Maintenance, although no issues with them personally, they're all cool and nice but if you submit a ticket the longest I've waited to have something be fixed is a week and a half. It was also the toilet. Again, the maintenance people are very nice, no complaints about the team themselves, but how long you have to wait is unbelievable.

Wonderful place to live. The staff is top notch. I've never had a problem at all with getting any issues resolved administration or maintenance-wise. Zoey in the main office has been an enormous help and is always positive and goes above and beyond to answer questions or address needs. Martez and the other maintenance staff are always 100% positive, prompt, and they solve issues the first time I can't recommend this community enough.

Upon entrance, into the Reserve At Abbie Lakes community, the beautiful landscaping warmly welcomes you. It is a quiet community, where the grounds are kept immaculate and the units are well kept. There is a variety floor plans to satisfy everyone's taste. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, in working with you, to find you what you want. The Ammenities are good, including a dog park, for those who have pets. The location is close to multiple shopping venues, restaurants and parks. It's really a great place to live.

I just happily renewed my lease at the Reserve at Abbie Lakes. This is a quiet community with a well maintained property and great communication from helpful staff. Any issue or maintenance request Ive had has been resolved promptly and I appreciate their great service in the face of Covid challenges.

Ive had a good experience living here for the last few years. Everyones nice. Always helpful A safe community, convenient to work and shopping Management team always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe community to live in

Ive been a resident for about 12 years its peaceful and I love how they keep the complex up
Ive had a positive living experience here! Its quiet, there is a lot of green space, and the staff (especially maintenance) is awesome! This complex is per friendly and accepts large dog breeds. There is a huge dog park, too!
