Koreatown is a vibrant LA neighborhood fille with hidden gems, bars, eateries, and a collision of cultures. As the name suggests, the atmosphere in Koreatown is heavily influenced by Korean culture. Awesome Property Manager

The area is very accessible to almost everything, and at a walkable distance. There’s a lot of food choices also. Not bad to be cooped in as there’s a park you can go to right across and many places to see around. Yael, the property manager, was extremely supportive from day 1. She’s always very helpful when you have questions and very pleasant all around. Never, ever intrusive. I had a great experience in this property.

Wouldn’t recommend

500 sq ft & 300+ of utilities every 2 months! I wouldn’t recommend it unless you love to over pay. Had water and power issues on more than one occasion. When I reached out to them they were rude. Extremely noisy every weekend and dog poop everywhere. It stinks

Friendly neighborhood

It’s conveniently located next to a park. Restaurants, metro stations, and convenient stores are all located in walking distance. This is on the quieter side of ktown so you don’t have to worry about loud neighborhood. I have stayed here for two years and only recalled good memories. Yael is a super friendly manager. I still remembered the time she looked after for my cats while I was away for a couple days. Good experience

Tenant Experience

Living here for a year was a great experience and such an amazing opportunity for me and my family living on our own for the first time. We are a young couple with 2 kids and everyone is very nice including the manager, she was very helpful and kind to us. I’m very thankful for being able to live here ! And the rent wasn’t that bad it was affordable. And it’s so close to stores and restaurants and Downtown LA. We liked the area very much because of everything that was close to us as I mentioned. So choose Irolo residence and move in for a great experience!

Tenant Experience Review

Pretty decent place to stay at, as someone who’s first apartment leased very great. No issues, property manager Yael awesome and very respondent when any issue or need was required to be fixed or addressed. Only thing though because of building being on the Main Street unfortunately no parking but majority time space opens up on the street. Apt overall clean and tenants are respectful.
