All-in-all, I really loved my APT at 350 S Reno. It was one of the nicer spots in this area and I managed to get a nice APT on the third floor with my two roommates. I felt very at home after a while and was sad to give it up. I think in the beginning there were some ups and down with management but since then, I think this property is starting to come into its own. I saw my landlords all the time and they were always very nice to me. The furnishings were modern, the apartment was well insulated, and I liked the view of the cathedral down the street. Parking was also fantastic; we had tandem spots in the upper garage. One thing I'll say is that the Wi-Fi was kind of rough for us and the apartment was small for three people, so make sure you get a unit with good reception! I think in no time this area is going to become very popular and hip, so definitely check out this property if it's in your budget!

The building is a nice and modern building that is well kept and always clean and quiet. It is safe and packages are always safe. Neighbors are all very kind and the building management is always so sweet, communicative and helpful. This is a wonderful place to live if you are looking!

We love our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in this building. The building is older, but very quiet and our apartment has been beautifully updated and all of the common areas are clean. The laundry is very convenient right on our floor and has new machines and it is never busy. Parking is in a gated garage. The management is quite responsive whenever I have had a problem.

I am extremely pleased with my apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and all your major errand locations are nearby. I have only ever lived in large complexes, so moving into this smaller apartment building has been a pleasant and intimate experience (only 9 units per floor w. 4 floors). There are 2 communal washers and dryers per floor, but with only 8 other units, I have never had to fight for time to do laundry. In general, the unit has plenty of storage space and every unit has a balcony or patio. The property is secure and has gates all around, and resident parking is also in a gated garage. Street parking for guests can sometimes be difficult to find depending on the day & time of day (there is a church at the end of the street so street parking tends to be more limited on Sunday mornings). The only drawback worth mentioning is that the kitchen in my unit is a little small and has limited cabinet space, but I've made due. The building is pet friendly, however, if you have a cat, as I do, I would highly recommend getting a "cat house" to conceal the litter box in a nice piece of furniture, as the floor plans are pretty open and there isn't much room in the bathrooms for a regular size box. The prices are very reasonable and even though it's an older building, the units are renovated and the appliances are all modern and up to date. Compared to the other places I've lived, I've found that the one thing that has made the greatest difference in terms of my satisfaction with the living experience has been the remarkable quality of the management staff. The building managers live in the building and are extremely friendly, approachable, and very responsive to every question, issue, or request. Everything is always taken care of very quickly and efficiently and it makes all the difference. That said, if you want to live comfortably and are looking for a place that feels more like a home, I would highly recommend these apartments!

We are so happy with our apt. the location is perfect and the neighborhood is quiet. The building is a small building which is nice because it adds to the quietness we love about the building. Maintenance is taken care of sameday or the next day, our manager is always so friendly and responsible. Our unit is just charming and modern and very spacious! We can pay for rent online which is great because we travel for work often, so making our rent payment is easy. We have a laundry room in every floor...super convinient! We have 2 car parking space whick is rare in LA, and our friends easily find parking in the street when the visit. Elevator is great because my parents can visit us, she wasnt able to at our last place because she cant go up the stairs. We are extremely happy living here and recommend this place.
I love our apartment complex. It is located on a quiet street in Los Angeles between Westlake and Koreatown which makes it centrally located to Downtown LA, Hollywood, Pasadena, and Santa Monica. Aside from a great location, we are in a two bedroom two bath with two parking spaces, which is hard to come by in LA. All appliances are up to date and we have more space than we need. I highly recommend taking this location into consideration when moving. The land lady is very nice and the other tenants are quiet. We have gotten nothing but compliments from visitors! Lastly, every apartment has a balcony with a view of the city of Los Angeles. It is our little nook in a big city.
