The grounds and upkeep is top notch. We recently had our buildings and windows power washed, fireplaces, and vents cleaned. The response to any issues I have had has been within minutes to the same day.

Overall, we really enjoy living in the apartment and appreciate the community. The regular maintenance is noticeable and helps keep the complex clean and welcoming. One improvement we’d love to see is the addition of EV charging stations. We do have one concern: during heavy rain, the area at the bottom of the stairs at Building 9 tends to flood, making it difficult to avoid walking through a puddle to reach the parking lot.

We’ve lived here for a month so far… and no complaints. Our apartment is very cozy. The fireplace is a great feature to have. I was afraid of noise issues because they told us there is no sound proofing between units, but so far we have not heard any of our neighbors. We signed a 10 month lease just in case we didn’t like the apartment, but I’d be happy to stay longer. Plenty of amenities onsite plus a great neighborhood right outside of the complex for walking/running.

Didn't have any issues while staying here and neighbors were kind. When something needed done, they were right on it. The location was nice and near everything I needed.

Community areas both exterior and interior pertaining to Main building and surrounding areas are always maintained exceptionally. The club house is always clean and decorated to the season. So far I like the RENEW community. That being said, there were a few issues that I had with the apartment when I moved in, including not being aware that there wasn’t a pantry closet as I was originally told there would be. I’ve lived in previous communities that had granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, which I do not have here. Also, having a dog, I noticed that there’s not a lot of space with grass for her to walk. That being said there are definitely plenty of dogs here and everyone seems really friendly so far and there are accessible waste pick up buckets. The facilities is that everyone can access are quite nice including the pool in the gym. Looking forward to my stay here.

Love living here it’s beautiful clean and very safe The maintenance men are always there. Katie and Jessica are always there to help. I can leave my door unlocked and feel totally safe. They keep the ground absolutely spotless and my dogs. Love the dog park.

Apartment was not ready on move-in. Extremely disappointing considering the price of rent. Here's a list of a few things: - all 4 stove burners were on high when we first entered the unit with no one there - the laundry dryer was venting into the unit instead of outside - the windows did not have screens - one of the windows was cracked - the bathroom fan was not working and the mirrors were peeling It is worth mentioning that the maintenance team did a great job with fixing the above issues, but these are things that should have been addressed prior to move-in.

Clean and friendly staff, only downside to living here is that there is no storage, there are storage facilities around. The apartments could be bigger.
