The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at ReNew Town Center
Detailed Review of My Experience Living Here I want to be completely honest for anyone thinking about moving into this building. The biggest problem here is the fire alarm system. It goes off randomly and way too often. I’m talking about alarms going off in the middle of the night, early morning, afternoons—there’s no pattern. Some days it happens multiple times. I have videos showing how frequent it is. At first, everyone in the building would come outside because we thought it was a real emergency. But over time, people stopped reacting because it keeps happening with no explanation. That’s really dangerous. If a real fire ever happens, a lot of residents might stay inside assuming it’s “just another false alarm.” That’s how tragedies happen. Management has been notified many times, but nothing changes. They reset the alarm and move on. There’s no long-term fix, no updates, and no clear communication about what’s causing the alarms. It feels like the issue is being ignored even though it affects everyone’s safety and sleep. Future renters should know this before signing a lease. If you care about safety, peace, and knowing you can trust the alarms in an emergency, this is something you need to take seriously. I hope management finally addresses it properly, because right now it’s a real concern for everyone living here.
After moving in to an apartment with two broken toilets and a broken dryer (which should have been checked prior to arrival), I was greeted by over 50 Japanase lady beetles and a dozen spiders. Within a week, every night came with furniture being dragged, things being thrown, running, and screaming in the apartment above us. There were shopping carts in the hallway. Literal cat poop in the corner of the trash room. A disposable razor was left in the elevator for over 5 days. When concerns were brought to the property manager, they were shrugged off or "addressed" with no follow-up. Thanks to the Area Manager, we were able to break a lease with no fee. I would NOT recommend living here.
Please don't bother with this place. I pay close to $2,000 because I thought it was luxury apartments. Imagine my surprise when I found out we had coach roaches which apparently came from our neighbors. It is disgusting and embarrassing and unsanitary for us and our children. We get charged for the treatments and we have to take everything out of the cabinets every other Tuesday. It is exhausting and disgusting. The fire alarm goes off frequently. This place is one of my biggest regrets in life. Please don't make that mistake.
I have been living in this apartments for 2 and half years now. Previous Management was really good. Recently (beginning 2018) there is a new management that took over the apartments and they increased rents and they are very irresponsible. They say they are open till 5 pm and they close around 3 pm. They are really not capable of maintaining apartments.

We hope to speak with you soon and look forward to turning your experience around.
I am ridiculously disgusted by my last 11 months living at this "Luxury" complex. From 2 weeks into moving in problems began. Tenants run up and down the hallways until midnight or even later.. screaming, yelling and playing catch with footballs and bouncing basketballs until midnight. Management didn't do anything. The bigger problems are this: Garbage rooms and halls are filthy, AC didn't work in the halls all summer. Even with notes in every newsletter about the dirty halls, the garbage room, leaving shopping carts all over and tampering with fire extinguishers, people STILL do all of this. The pool and hot tub are closed "for repairs" about 25% of the time. The freight elevator is out for days at a time every month too. Now, on to my biggest concern: SAFETY. I have had two different groups of "thugs" approach me and my guests in the courtyard and threaten my guests with PHYSICAL VIOLENCE if they weren't given a cigarette, or if my friend didn't move from "their" table (nobody was in the courtyard when we went down there). Both times these young men got in my (male) friends faces and said they would "hurt" them, and that they would "regret it" if they don't comply. I notified management about this, of course nothing was done. I asked for a release from my lease because I was scared to live here (and also that amenities never worked which was a breach of their duties as landlord), I was told I had to pay a huge fee (on top of 2 months more rent) and pay back concessions (that I was not clearly told of when I signed my lease). I am scared to go outside by myself, I am scared to come home late at night by myself, sometimes the yelling in the halls is obviously adult men arguing while quite angry (in a foreign language), and that scares me even in my own apartment. This experience has been horrendous. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Oh, if that's not bad enough, when I put in my notice to leave at the end of my lease the management team began showing my apartment without my permission or knowledge. They were bringing strangers in my home without letting me know until 3 days after they did it. This is UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE and a breach of my lease. Long story short, if you enjoy being threatened by other tenants, dirty conditions, amenities that never work and management who enter your home without permission, all with a "luxury" price point, this is the place for you. If not, go somewhere else.
The rooms are spacious with lots of storage. The building is well maintained and the staff responds very quickly to any issues. Close to all types of shopping, resturaunts and the freeway.
