ReNew Taunton on Chandler

I can't give a perfect score cause nothing ( in my opinion) is perfect. But the whole moving in experience can be overwhelming, but the staff here made it very enjoyable. They welcomed me into the community with open arms and it's my home. Love it

It's a good building with good apartments , but I'll appreciate if the responsable make the cleaning more often, and take care of the Mail room

The apartments themselves are very nice. Grounds aren’t kept as well as I would like. The outside is so nasty and all of the dirt and trash gets tracked into the hallways which ultimately gets dragged into your home. Residents let their dogs pee in the hallways and they just leave it. Trash all around the outside instead of IN the dumpster. People just toss furniture out there. I’ve seen suboxone wrappers outside. Drug paraphernalia. This is a dog friendly apartment, but people have dropped food with chocolate on the ground and just leave it. No real grassy areas for the dogs to use the bathroom. People will leave their dogs poop and not clean it up even though the complex provides poop bags. The landlords themselves are wonderful. I think the problem mostly resides with the tenants and the type of people who hang around these parts.

The leasing office was so very helpful, specifically Ariana. The building is beautiful on the inside. The apartment is spacious. Neighbors are so friendly.

Very quiet place. Everyone around is friendly. The coworkers are really helpful . Also the maintenance are fast at answering back. And also by getting things fix .

Great environment. Wonderful parking. Very quick responses when needed. When anything needs to be fixed it get done as soon as possible and efficiently.

Great apartment to live at, office staff are amazing and responsive, maintenance team is always helpful! Property is always clean and kept up with!

You're a terrible, greedy, company destroying lives and communities, not "building communities." You've raised my rent THREE times in less than TWO years and done nothing to improve my experience. When talking into account another owners increase to my rent my rent has been raised by 75% in less than three years for an additional $750/mo. This building is incredibly dangerous when it snows. You don't salt the parking lot after plowing so it's extremely dangerous to walk on as it's totally ice covered, and my side of the building has downspouts which when freezes makes the sidewalk unpassable. So Renew on Chandler is an extremely dangerous place to live when it snows. For all the extra money I'm paying since you unfortunately bought the building, you'd think you could spend a few dollars to make it a safer place to live.

Everyone stays to themselves, we can get what we need done and everyone’s nice. Property management does nice job with communication. Very tall ceilings

My move in was a horror show. Brown water, no shower pressure, kitchen cupboards riddled with mold and maintenance staff talking smack about me after I left to run an errand not knowing my friend was still in the apartment. I expected to move in to my dream apartment and it was not even inhabitable. All is fixed now but the experience was disheartening to say the least.

Great community and amazing communication when things need to be taken care of in the apartment's. Good amenities. Lots of spaces for parking

Although I love the location, the size of the rooms, the high ceilings, and the ample storage; these apartments have very old, outdated, appliances, cabinets, and fixtures. The 75% increase in rent in less than three years is totally unwarranted and simply greed by Renew and the previous owner. Renew has raised my rent three times in less than two years for over 50% increase.

Comfortable apartment but noise can be a bit much with thin walls. Maintenance orders are taken care of quickly but management take a bit sometimes to respond directly. Never a dull moment with the neighbors characters

Everything has been great except issues with water it is turning everything pink and we didn’t have hot water for a couple days. But over all the apartment is great and good price.

It’s a great building with wonderful amenities. Excellent parking situation. So far the neighbors I’ve met have been very kind and friendly and welcoming.

This is my first apartment/ experience living by myself as a solo young female. The staff have been very courteous and the apartment I live in is comfortable and good quality! I would definitely recommend my friends to live here if they were looking for a place to stay.

Love all the new changes. Quick response to any issues and maintenance very friendly . Hallways and lau dry room always clean and I like the doggie bags outside.

Although I like my apartment well enough, Renew seems more interested in promoting themselves with signage rather than updating apartments. The appliances, fixtures, cabinets, are all ancient. Yet they've increased my rent twice in just over a year. They don't even offer lease for a full year. My first lease with them was for onlysix months, the second for only 10 months, and I had to fight for that, they were offering only eight months. Renew claims that cars without plates cannot be left in the parking lot, yet theirs been a car taking one of the best spots that hasn't moved in months. Overall, Renew is a big corporate predator that doesn't care about tenants, they only want more and more money even in a recessionary, inflationary economy and give very little in return for these big rent increases.

I have lived here for almost 18 years and we have had several new Landlords but this Landlord is doing so much more to help the building. More to come hopefully to finish updates.

Coming along slowly wish the laundry room was more updated having a hard time with broken units. And it seems the cleaning people don't like washing walls with people have soiled it cleaned it myself

The ladies in the office are wonderful.and the service team is also incredible. The grounds here look so much better.and there keeping them clean

the strees surronding this building are in extrem disrepair. the dimpster area in the parking lot is filthy. homless people and drug addicts raid the dumpsters daily. the parking lot drainage is collapsed and the building is full of mold. there are train tracks a block over that has a 2am train horn every day to get you up and out the door to work(frieght train not a cummuter rail) . not worth the dirt in the parking lot. review as of 03/18
